Are lucid dreams and OBE/ astral projections real?

You can not project without stepping consciously out of your body. That's how you know that it is not lucid. You are not asleep.

Lucid dreams are not real! There dreams lol. As for astral projection from my knowledge and experience yes. And who told you astral projecting and dreaming are the same? Thats false considering you can prove its real with a simple experiment. After you make a successful exit you will either be in what is the astral plane or a plane just above the physical where you can see your body. This is what you do before hand, tape a random card from a deck of cards to a window b4 you project. Now when youve projected keep a clear mind as thought has a powerful effect on your enviroment and go through the wall and look at the card and keep it firmly in mind as you reintegrate with your physical body.
I recommend a book by robert bruce called astral dynamics. I believe through his 25 years of practice and research he has pretty much pin pointed alot of topics regarding astral projections along with good exercises and techniques to practice to project. Its only $20 you can find it at almost any book store and if not have them order it if they can.

its a million dollars awarded to anyone that, under observation thats mutually agreed upon, can present evidence for the paranormal.

as far as i know, no one has ever made it past a preliminary investigation of their powers. im thinking someone with a real ability would go forth to claim the cash.

What if im not materialistic and dont need it? What if im a peaceful person that doesnt want all that atenttion? What if im in another country and dont know of this opportunity?

Oh sorry i mean to say the events that take place in lucid dreams arent real. But lucid dreaming is something you can experience i believe theres ways to improve how many you have but w.e. Yeah like 1/3 of the dreams i remember are lucid its actually quite fun especially now that i know i can do anything i want in a lucid dream like fly or create items with my mind its pretty wicked
