Omega codes HELP

alright i know i am going to get bashed for this but i just cant break them. there are a few ciphers on the back of the book: OLD WORLD SECRETS THE OMEGA PROJECT CODES" that i cant firuge.. everything from counting the letter to the numbers. can someone please help explain this. Or if you already did it what does it say and please keep the wise cracks to a null! thanks

There are three different ciphers so that might be why it's so difficult to crack. I asked Brandon about it but he said he forgot the different ciphers. Here it is.
