Santorin : eartquake (4.8) - Fantastic site

A 4.8 earthquake has occured not far from Santorin

A lot of theories have been thrown about THERA (fore name of this island) and the consequences of the explosion of its volcano.

The fact is that thirty years ago, on the site of AKROTIRI on the island, a burried town has been found, which shows a high civilization on the 15th century before Christ.

Is not this the volcano that could landslide and send a 1000 ft tidal wave towards the west coast of the US, in effect annihalating New York, Boston, and most of Florida?

How about Title : SANTORINI : Earthquake (4.8) - Fantastic Sight

I believe an underwater volcano is building offshore of Santorini and it may "blow" sometime in the future causing an utterly destructive tidal wave effecting EVERY coastal area which bounds the Mediterrranean Sea.
