Duke University official has been charged in federal court with offering his 5-year-old adopted son up for sex.

An unidentified informant who already faces child porn charges in a different child sex case pointed investigators to Lombard, according to court documents.

According to an affidavit in support of the arrest warrant, the Internet service indicated that Lombard's profile "stated he was interested in "perv fam fun,"

A Washington, D.C., police detective who was investigating the case set up undercover chats with someone matching Lombard's description during which the detective says he was invited to fly to Raleigh to have sex with the person's 5- year-old adopted child.

During the chats, according to the affidavit, "FL" told undercover investigators that he had himself molested his child, whom he adopted as an infant, and that he had allowed others to molest his child.

"FL" stated that "the abuse of the child was easier when the child was too young to talk or know what was happening, but that he had drugged the child with Benadryl during the molestation," Palchak wrote in his affidavit

NOTHING worse than a molester. All molesters should do the right thing and take their own lives before they kill the spirits of kids. There's no strong enough words in the english language to express enough my disgust.

Add to it he adopted this child - and you know as well as I do he adopted the child for SEX.

Add to that - he openly advertises this child for sex - over the internet - to any pervert that wanted to come and have it.

This is not an act of someone who couldn’t control themselves.

It’s premeditated, well thought out and acted upon with NO REMORSE.

Or no remorse until he got caught.

Like the mother the other day who was caught selling her 5 year old for sex.

Until the system changes how these cases are handled, this kind of atrocity WILL CONTINUE.

Try the death penalty - no two strikes and you’re out - ONE STRIKE and YOU’RE OUT - try it for ten years and at the end of those ten years tell me the numbers of child rape will not have dropped.

if you want to get an idea of the extent of this horribleness, read The Franklin Coverup by John DeCamp. It's an old book that shows that pedophile rings go far and wide in this country, and there are so many high up officials sympathetic that things are not well investigated or prosecuted. you can get the book at the library or i'm sure from amazon or order it through any bookstore. it's not a new book but the material is so shocking one never forgets it.

What he is getting the 20 for is:

Lombard has been charged with attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with a child, punishable by a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

He is not being charged with what he claims he did. That will have to be proven I suppose.

But regardless this man should never be allowed to walk the streets amongst society again. He is a danger to all children.

This also goes to show that these disgusting animals can be anyone and probably the least expected person. And I find that more scary than knowing who the pervs are.

That poor boy, growing up thinking this man that was abusing him was his father. I doubt that child will ever have a decent life, and he will have emotional problems for the rest of his life.

They have got to change the laws concerning child molesters. They won't do what really needs to be done to this man, so i hope he gets life in solitary confinement with no chance of parole.

Just a word from a 'local' (relatively), don't expect anything but a gloss job from THE NUISANCE AND DISTORTER. This is the same paper that led the howl for the scalps of the Lacrosse players. As for statements from the faculty types at Duke, it will be the same. as we are seeing at this time.

Understood. It's hard to know if a source is credible or not if you're not from the area. I really didn't expect much from the faculty, as they would probably be more concerned with protecting the school's image.

Remember that this is the same faculty that was ready to throw the entire Lacrosse program under the bus, so it has much more to do with PC than looking after the University of New Jersey at Durham (Duke).

The irony is that mixed in with all the young boy gay porn were books regarding the elimination of racism, and working towards an integrated society.

If only there was a book entitled "Don't rape your adopted black son" perhaps he could have added that to his "list".

This infuriates me!
Not that the guy has a wish list - but that NO ONE is moving to make sure all the other kids in that community he lived in are ok and free from sexual abuse!
The guy lived in a commune - a gay commune that practiced adopting children - African children - because they were *easier* to adopt!

This commune did everything else together - mandatory eating together, etc - what about sexual practices????
