According to the LA police, the doctor is not missing and he is expected to be fully cooperative in the investigation.

His car has been impounded because of the nature of Jackson's death and the doctor's possible involvement, considering that he was on the scene when Jackson stopped breathing and became unresponsive.

Thank you. I am glad to know that I did not misinterpret what I was hearing. I was really unsure if I heard properly. I was unable to find a link fast enough.

If it was a Demerol OD, CPR is gonna do nothing to reverse the respiratory and cardiac suppression due to the drug....Narcan (counters/reverses effects of opioid overdose) would be the thing to use. CPR will get some O2 in the blood and the compressions will move the blood along, but Naloxone would have been a huge help. It is criminal/negligent in my opinion if the MD has been administering any narcotic without having Naloxone available. More info on Naloxone : en.wikipedia.org...

So sad that so many lives are lost due to drugs. Michael was a phenominal entertainer.

Interesting theory.

The perfect distraction, if true there would be a guaranteed top blanket coverage for days of an untimely death of Jackson. Because of the nonstop coverage the news of what has happened in Washington has had little or no coverage.

Convenient to say the least, especially when you consider the fact that this legislation will cause millions to lose jobs, expences for everyone will go through the roof, and it will have a disastrous affect on an already extremely bad economy.

Once this government has control of everything and every aspect of the lives of the people perhaps more will wake up.

Likely when the government is finally forced to entirely take over the food industry and people find themselves standing in long lines for hours for their personal ration of bread. Better food will be available for those who do voluntary work for the government and are supportive of the administration and its socialist fascist reforms.

Dark days ahead... Better pray they can stop this thing in the final round of votes.

I wonder, who will they kill when the senate vote begins?

This story was all over the evening news here in the EST zone ...

This 'doctor' is in some very deep doo-doo ...

The scary thing is, wouldn't they need the results of the Autopsy to determine if the death was drug induced?

What gave them the inclination to take his car, when they don't even know what caused M.J.'s death?

What was the warrant based on? What was Search and Seizure based on? Apprently he ran away on foot since he left his car right???

Well he is being scheduled to talk to the police so it looks like they have him

What did they do with Michael Jackson’s Body?
I heard that since it had so much
plastic in it that they melted it down and used it
to make Lego’s so that little boys can now play
with HIM!

This is so your actual CPR can be effective. You've really got to LEAN into a person for proper heart compression. Thus, the hard surface.

You’d be shocked at how many doctors don’t have the first idea what to do in an emergency situation.

Just because they’re *doctors* doesn't mean they’re trained in Emergency Medicine.

I can tell you from my own experience of working as a para for years - the last person I wanted to show up on a scene was a doctor - unless he or she was a emergency room doctor - which this bozo of Michaels was not.

Also - did you find it a bit, odd, the person on the phone talking to the dispatcher didn’t once mention Michaels name?
Like he’d been coached not to.

And then when he asks the Doctor a question - relaying a question from the dispatcher - he says *Doctor* without a name, instead of Doctor “insert name here”...

The tape of the 911 call sounded very staged to me for those two reasons.

i hope they have him. from what i saw on the news, they had impounded his car in order to investigate if there were any incriminating drugs there.

The press release by the police cited no suspicious circumstances but something just does not smell right.

for example:

1. Dooper is correct when he stated that CPR is ideally performed on a hard surface and not on the bed. and from the transcript of the 911 call MJ was on the bed.

2. Why did the doctor just take off or any case uncontactable for questioning

3. why in the world is there no mention of his use of habitual prescription drugs in the press release this afternoon / morning? Why are they releasing the body so soon?

... boggles the mind.

Whoa, if this is true ... .. well, dang, man. Yeah, this is suspicious. It's also a huge distraction from the real news that matters right now too. Okay, everybody look over at this and what's going on here now ... .. and meanwhile I feel Obamas hands digging around in my pockets again, ha. Yeah, the PTB does like to create news that serves to push other stories off the front page. Well, I guess we're going to have to dig deeper to find the truth on our own from now on.

spot on silo, the call was so calm and collected.

I am sad to say that i have had unhappy experiences of making emergency calls too and i know that i was nothing like the rational calm person the line like the one for MJ's request for aid was. if anything i was begging for police / emergency crews to get there in a hurry and carrying on like a loon. it was just too to borrow your words 'staged'.

what was the deal there???

If this doctor (who is NOT a licensed physician)was practicing medicine without a license. He would be breaking the law and that is all the cops need to impound his car if he disappeared and the cops can not find him.

Now that they have his car the only way the cops will let him have it back is for him to come to the cops office for a interview.

Then they likely will arrest him for practicing medicine without a license. plus want to know where he was getting the drugs.

If he was getting the drugs illegally they will likely arrest him for that to.

From what i have heard so far this "doctor" may want to write off the car and get a plane ticket to brazil. because they likely have enough to give him jail time now.

If something he did caused MJ death he may get hard time in a calif prison.

As harsh as this may sound, all I can hope is, well, I just hope Michael knew what was going to happen and was at peace with it.

Better than thinking of him killed.

Maybe he couldn't face the tour, his bad health, his pain, life, maybe he just couldn't face life anymore.

Who knows the talks he might have had with this Doctor who lived with him.

Maybe he'd begged the doc to give him an overdose, do the Kevorkian.

Who knows, I don't, and neither does anyone else but the doctor and I can't imagine he'll be telling even if he did.

We'll see.

What's this mean:

Article Retraction....Dr. Tohme Tohme

Report says Tohme was his manager, not his doctor.

Here is likely the correct report:
Michael Jackson's death: Jackson camp says concert promoter hired doctor
Dr. Conrad Murray is the one missing. Funny, news on this is all messed up on the Internet.

So a glorified snake-oil salesman killed Michael.

Will wonders never cease.

That just completely blows.

Than again like I said before maybe Michael knew, and wanted *out*...

Gawd how horrid this is.

Thanks for the post, I hadn't heard yet the so called doc was a sham.

Interesting information posted at TMZ

Read Here

11 days ago Jacksons 'doctor' quit his medical practice.
He said he'd be back in the future.

The breaking news - and i just read it too is that his physician Dr. Conrad Murray was with him as well and not the originally named doctor.

seems like MJ's original physician has been located and is 'cooperating'with authorities.

hmm... i still think that something stinks. where did his other doctor disappear too? and why is Dr. Murrays car still impounded and being searched for evidence?

Good observation - I had the same feeling.

I have a medical background. Without knowledge of MJ's medical conditions,
I expect he was taking a number of medications, some very powerful. Something few doctors understand ell enough is called Adverse Drug Interference. Pharmaceuticals can cause conflicting reactions which puts undue stain on kidneys, liver, heart, other organs and systems. Kills millions but never isolated as a cause in autopsies.

No way of knowing in MJ was overusing his medications, had illegal substances in his system, or had been putting undue strain on his heart for too many years. Probably a bit of everything.

I doubt a murder conspiracy. But have seen enough doctors making errors not to be surprised by accidental medically related deaths.

Best guess is Jackson was already dead when discovered. CPR was administered to give some indication of attempting to save him and the phone call made knowing the world would be listening to the call within a day.

The right doctor's name was in the Houston Chronicle yesterday. The original post was just poorly researched.

I have a feeling the last minutes of MJ's life, his doctor wasn't at his best, and maybe this silly mistake could have been the reason for his unfortunate death
