Did you actually watch the video? The camera pulls up, watches as the cow disappears into a saucer-shaped ball of light, then that light flies off the screen.

I don't know if this is real or a hoax, but I do know that I've seen it many times before. Based on the circumstances of the video (it only shows the event happening, no lead-up or explanation of why some guy is filming a bunch of cows), the fact that the other cows don't seem to react at all, and the very cheesy looking space ship take off at the end, I'm going to assume this is a fake. Possibly professionally done (re-enactment, obscure film, etc).
