The government was getting tired of getting computers made
special by different companies and started saying get Microsoft
computers cause their cheaper.
Same thing, one laptop could hold all the votes for one district.

ED: As for christian missionaries, they learn more about God
going to Africa than they brought. So why go in the first place
and stamp out the no good nicks here.
