This article has a ring of truth to it.I can see where the peices are falling into place. This is what welfare and related programs have given us.
I have had it up to my eyeballs. This country has gone politically correct crazy.
All one must do is look to nature. Take a chicken for example. When a chick hatches it MUST clear the shell off for itself or it dies. If you help the
chick escape from the shell,it will die. The struggle makes the chick stronger, survival of the fittest.
President Johnson introduced the country to great social change. Welfare was meant to be a hand up. Give the poor or uneducated a starting point to
pull themselves out of poverty. In effect all this did was create a "gimme" class. If you give people their daily bread,no one ever learns to bake
their own. Far more stayed in the system than ever worked themselves out of it. The welfare system has now become generational. Each sucessive
generation having more children to increase their stipend. IF it were a game show it would be called "Boffing for Bucks"
The same can be said for President Carters Community Reconstruction Act. Loaning people money to buy houses they couldn't afford.Anyone with common
sense would know a person making $1,200 a month couldn't afford to pay a $800-$900 dollar mortage a month. Who is really at fault?
I would say that the banks and the laws that coerced them bear the majority of the burden. The people that bought into the scam should have known
better, but years of living off hand outs had blinded them. Blinded them to the fact that there is a day of reckoning.
This nanny state mentality has brought us to the economic spirial we are witnessing now.
I don't doubt for an instant that The article states the back bone of Obamas plan to level the field. Make everyone broke and dependent upon the
government.
