Thanks for everyone who has contributed so far - I'm much happier with this version of the report. Even all of your contributions have been used, Swampfox, or the originally incorrect information removed.

I'd be interested if there are still any issues that people raise with this one. Don't worry - it's a bit shorter than the original report too!
