I tried parts of the code that I knew were legible and that were in the right order (not off by one character). They're meaningless; they aren't even characters from the roman alphabet.

they must stay together you can't take out one set of numbers because that doesn't form anything you have to have them all and you have to have them all right it wont work otherwise

The first one is base-64, the second one is hex. They're gibberish.

2) the name of the site is "key"
3) the name of the pic is babel
4) the words beside the pic are the key. not just key, as the site is called

so i guess this one is a fraud

Can anyone show me the post where someone found out that this guy is using military servers? That should be proof that this is real, isn't it? I mean, Justin Williams wouldn't be so bold as to hack into a military server, would he(more than likely, he was the one that hacked into the Telegraph)?

Could be, but how about the other JB14? Could that one be real because of it's updates and because it was earlier then the fake JB14??
