Shocking: New cloud formation discovered.

These are some amazing yet bizarre looking cloud formations. These clouds are very ominous in appearance but have yet to produce a storm and will usually dissipate after a while. Still it is a new type of cloud discovered or should I say suddenly appearing in our atmosphere now.
