Well according to daily mail, his opponent won.

As polls close in Iran's hotly contested presidential election, the two main candidates Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his moderate rival Mirhossein Mousavi haved claimed victory.

As of right now... 6:44 EST... BBC... AP... UPI... Reuters etc are consistent in saying that it is too close to call and both sides are claiming victory.

OMG... they imported the Florida vote counters from 2000.

If thats the case its still a good victory,i didn't want the ex commander of the revolutionary guard to win,he was third favourite i believe.Course until i see confirmation it means moot,i still think it would have been close though as the turnout was huge.

Congratulations to Ahmadinejad, he's one of the few more straightforward and honest governors in the world, even if he is not the 'supreme' leader.

That's very funny. Wait, you weren't being serious right? You aren't really writing that with a straight face, right?

If so, then I am sure Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are real to you as well.

Good luck in that fantasy land you inhabit.

The election was fixed. All reports were that there was a record turn out of voters and that a large turnout was great news for the little scumbag's challenger.

But surprise! The scumbag stays in office.

Keep trying to convince yourself and everyone else that Iran is a Democracy.

Oh well. Israel will soon take care of the little scum. Bon Voyage.

Now the conflict starts. Stories now are being posted of a now contested election.

AP News source: Iran's Ahmadinejad, rival both claim election win

Looks like this might get a little messy before the dust settles.

LOP thanks for posting this article, its excellent and well rounded.

Mousavi is a progressive, and his wife an inspiration
BUt at the endof the day its the same man

Not that it truly matters, as the power lies with the clerics. They are the hand in the muppet on the world stage.

I agree and his election and "voters fraud" would not be as corrupted as the Bush 2004 win.

Or as corrupt as the 2008 election win, I suppose. Where's my proof? Well, where's yours?

Hi
Not everyone has the time or can view the video link you provided (at work). Why are you changing the facts?

He said people across the world says "death to israel". Not exactly the same thing as himself saying "death to israel".

I don't know. It's hard to tell on the net, but it's like you find that funny.
