New Crop Circle: A Phoenix Rising From the Ashes

I think RiotComing made a very interesting point. I'm inclined to think that the more elaborate crop circles, like this, are man made. That's just my guess but having watched these since the early 80's, the increasing complexity doesn't seem to serve much purpose. I think the origional circles are probably not man made but also are probably not messages for us. I'm sure aliens could think of better ways of telling us they are here. Landing and staying in the field for 24 hours would work better than a sophisticated crop circle. Given that, RiotComing's point about the Tavistock Institute may have something in it. False ad's have been placed on posters and on tv for years so that ensuing market research surveys can find out how people 'feel' about them, so perhaps this not so much about the crop circle (an increasingly innacurate term or the creators but about how we react to them?

While playing around with the images in the 'animal series,' I decided to combine all the images in an overlay fashion to see what they look like. What I came up with may not mean anything, but it certainly looks creepy.

The first thing that comes to mind is a being in a headdress, perhaps an alien or a deceased 'entity' (since it looks rather skull-like). Given some previous circles have had a Mayan theme, I thought that this might be the "Feathered Serpent God, Quetzalcoatl.

Could be anything, could be nothing, however I feel that if these are truly messages from other beings, they would place messages within messages rather than simply drawing pretty pictures, and they would not only have to be viewed as a series, but as a combined image.

I dont know guys but i think we are all barking here at the wrong tree. The phoenix symbolizes life after death. A bird reborn out of ashes. I think what these implies is that if we all want to be free we have to die first and be free of these present physical form we have. We always talk about liberty and freedom but haven't you guys realized that as long as you are in human form you could never attain that? Yeah, you might say you are free but are you really free or are we all just mere slaves pretending to be free? Definitely, if I am God, I would let you think you are free because its the only way I could control you without you thinking being controlled. BUT how??? By instilling in all of you to FEAR DEATH!!! Cause, what good are you for me if your dead???

Simple case scenario, the 9/11 incident. GB wanted to get the oil of Saddam so he initiated fear so that he could get his means approved and justified. US invades Iraq killed over a million and the funny thing is he was able to get away with his hands clean even though in the end he admitted he f#@% up. Now we have the H1N1 virus then North Korea nuclear tests and everybody is again very much afraid... WAKE UP SLAVES! DONT BE AFRAID TO DIE. FOR IT IS ONLY THEN YOU WOULD BE TOTALLY FREE. THAT IS WHAT THE PHOENIX CROP CIRCLE IS SAYING...

I would say its 'man made'....

Think I will wait for the 'next' one to make more of a contribution to my arguament as I have joined this discussion quite late....

However; I would argue again, as i did in the dragonfly thread. And someone also picked up on this in this thread that there are 'artists' in this country who I would think could do this: Banksy www.banksy.co.uk...

He made quite complex stencil art all over the UK. We know now he used stencils to save time, however; at the time we didnt know 'how' smeone could do his work so quickly without being caught. He made no money from his work at the time and put a lot of effort into remaining anonymous, he built up his name which centred on remaining anonymous, now his work sells for hundreds of thousands.

My point being, some posters on this thread have argued against these being 'man made' because no one has come forward yet claiming they did them.. again, read up on Banksy, and how he stayed anonymous for so long which in the long run made him more money...

Also, reading through this thread it seems people are to quick to state they are to complex to be man made. Think about a magician, when you see how those elaborate tricks are done you often find it relys on something simple...again, read up on Banksy?!

lpowell0627, at least you seem open minded about this and dont appear to have jumped straight on the messages from aliens route!

Of course, this fails to take into consideration that many times, groups of people meditated upon a certain symbol or picture and the formations showing such imagery were made the following day. These supposed anonymous human artists are a little more than crafty to be able to read other people's minds like that.

I dont think anyone is saying none of these are man-made. It is generally accepted that some are but they have not been able to demonstrate their ability to produce these more complex ones in the short time it takes let alone at night and they lack the geometrical perfection.

This one was produced in day time with in 15-30 mins overlooked by lots of people who saw nothing. This to me is proof that they are not all made by men with planks.

Actually the people who claim to make these are not anonymous, they have a website too but yet they have failed to demonstrate the making of a large and complex crop circle to the public.Therefore this does not compare to Bansky. Infact they also talk about the real makers of the crop circles and report orbs being present when they are making a circle.

I think it is fair to say these are made by something with intelligence, as to who? that is yet to be discovered!

My 2 cents worth is that the second one in the same field is so 'cheeky' as to be a message or a fact to regard that indicates the artist(s) knew they were not going to be seen or apprehended.The probability of lingering visitors to the extant flora-glyph would be so great,one would have to reconnoiter and be in a different state of mind as you presumably made a bunch of noise mashing down the plants.Have y'all ever walked through a field at night?It can be so noisy you have to yell or stop to talk.Someone could just walk right up and take a picture,wouldn't even need to be stealthy.Are the plant stems plaited as I have seen in books?Has anyone done those electronic tests I have read about?And I don't think it's the American Eagle without some specific signifier such as the shield,or Fsaces.It looks exactly like a Phoenix to my eye,and as an artist in a minimalist line medium,the head couldn't be better done,unless you wanted to have the beak open and the tongue out as I have seen,more dramatic and all,but I will not quibble another's artwork,especially one so grand.One of these would be a lifetime achievement for any strong man,you'd be sore for weeks.No footprints coming and especially going home a-draggin' ass tired?Humans done it?Might as well add it to the list Al-Ciada done did it,yup.

for people who are saying these couldnt be a marketing campaign... Dont forget that having to decode a message to get the true advertisement is nothing new!

Whoah thats cool it kinda reminds me of quatzcoatle the feathered serpent or taking a dollar bill and folding both circles together it makes a snake going throught the circle.

My first thought was actually Bob Marley.
But seriously though, yes, it somewhat reminds of an artistic portrait of Quetzalcoatl.
Especially "fitting" as the Mayan's believed that he would come back in 2012.

I gotta say, I'm not buying these.
I believe in crop circles and of the recent animal circles, I've only been impressed with the Jellyfish.
I mean just look at the outer circle of the phoenix, it not even perfectly symmetrical!
Of course I wouldnt expect it to be when done by humans.

Why did you turn the "Phoenix" upside down and leave the Jellyfish and Dragonfly head side up?

I would normally call that manipulating imagery to make whatever one wants to see or wants others to see.

Oh sorry, let my just consult my "Crop Circle Analysis Guidelines" handbook. Second thought I'd better borrow yours.

I don't believe rotating the image is manipulation in this case. Have you ever looked at a work of art and tilted your head in either direction to see what the artist intended?

Don't assume 'they' would prefer the observer to view everything from a single frame of reference.

The phoenix one is the same as or very similar to the head piece of the staff of Ra in the movie "Raiders of the Lost Ark" It is a symbol of a crystal or energy force inside of the bird. Same as the one of the Mayan bird, it shows an energy force inside of the bird. or two live forces in the same bird, one in the head which is the bird and the other which is in the belly and is carried by the bird.

They are all about the same thing, one life force inside of another life force. Eg two ....becoming one.

And how did they coordinate this on a crop circle website.All it means is the crop circle artist can read and navigate on the internet come on! I was laughing when people would talk about what they thought it would mean on these circle sights guess as to what the next one would be and get close.All this tells me is either we allready know what there trying to tell us or someones playing with there heads.


Came back int to add a 3rd idea maybe the aliens are on the internet and there messing with peoples heads!

Super awesome on the graphics and the overlay. If I had a rock band I would put it on my next album cover. The video below is a David Icke video about sound waves and the the amazing things you can do with sound frequency. What does this have to do with crop circles? My theory as to why we have not been able to see or catch the persons/beings creating them is that they are created by sound. I have been fascinated with crop circles for a long time, and I am more amazed by them now than ever.
