The Time Zero effect is in full force......Cycles are happening faster and faster and soon they will cycle through a whole human history within about a year....Meaning tons of ups and downs...

We will get disclosure...There will be " A " War....There will be peace. But We will have to face the storm before the permanent calm................Sucks but will happen.

No I can't prove this........We are a science driven species therefore we can NOT prove everything....

IF we were driven and motivated by both a mix of science and spirituality then yes we would find the truthful answers....Until then we will live out this current predicted cycle...

Can't wait to start mingling with the other species......

You will all get your disclosure to be sure. If not Friday then very soon.

However, (and there's always a however in life)
It is not going to be something to look forward to. Is there consciousness
elsewhere in the universe? The answer is obviously yes. Does that consciousness inhabit a bio-space suit similar to ours? Again, yes.

They ( not all, but the ones we are speaking of now) have also been the ones responsible for infiltrating the Governments of the world and duping our world leaders into hearding the masses together and reducing our collective intelligence to the level of cattle. We are being taken for a ride here people.

Wait and see. As with all false flags, it will ultimately result in a loss of more of our freedoms, all in the name of security.

Time will tell. Let us all hope I'm full of crap, but unfortunately I don't think so.

Hey my sisters going to France this week! I'll ask her if she hears anything interesting on the news over there.
I really hope this is true, France and Brazil seem to be the most open about UFO's and the USA dead last, (big surprise). One thing is bugging me though.

Why?

Why now, what do they have to benefit besides making the USA look like fools? I mean I'm sure the markets would surge in favor of the Euro and not to mention all of the green technology that would come out. The existance of aliens could possibly cool tensions between North Korea & US and Iran & Israel. Possibly ending popularity of radical sites like this. But this wouldn't be like our world leaders at all... doing something we want, right?

I'm not going to hold my breath, I'm sure I'll find out all about it on ATS on Friday if it happens.

I don't know if this has been brought up but has anyone thought of actually emailing French govt agencies to get a confirmation or denial regarding this alleged rumour?

I usually ignore these "disclosure" threads, but enough is enough.

First of all, do I believe that aliens exist, well I'm not sure, but I tend to think that it's pretty silly to believe out of all of the galaxies, planets and stars in the universe that we're the only intelligent beings that exist.

Now that being said, UFO's do they exist, yes of course they do. People see objects flying all the time that are not identified. Are they alien or from another world, I must say, probably not. I think 98% of them are man made either for a hoax attempt or secret government aircraft.

So this whole disclosure thing. Does our government or any government know of alien existence, I don't know. What would they gain by disclosing it to people?
I don't think we'll ever have disclosure by any government, period.

The only way disclosure will ever happen is when an alien craft enters our atmosphere, lands on earth and the alien being comes out and says hello or destroys us all.

Sorry folks, thats it. It's time to accept whats real.

Thank You and good night.

I'll admit, I didn't read most of the thread... but I think (and judging by the number of stars you folks gave elevated one) most of the skeptics feel similarly.

I'm going to go ahead and address what I believe is the main argument here... What would be to gain by disclosure?
While it may seem like a trivial action, or a nod to enthusiasts only, I can envision many scenarios in which a human or group of them feel morally obligated to share with the world something pertaining to UFOs.

for example; Alien technology currently possessed by governments, gained by extra terrestrials, has the ability to drastically alter our race for the better.
or; There is known to be a clear, pertainant alien agenda regarding either dramatically helping or hurting the human race in general.

Or basically any other 'the people should know' scenario... To the extant that perhaps an entire countries representatives are ready, and moreover feel obligated to come forward

i think the only way our governments will really disclose the truth is if they HAVE to.

For example, if the ET's have somehow told the governmments that they will be showing themselves in great numbers very soon, the governments would have no choice but to disclose.

Regardless of whether or not the disclosure is genuine, this should be an interesting social experiment.

Hate to say it. But this a great way for other countries to learn from what unfolds. I find it doubtful the citizens will go "crazy" because I've never believed they would. I believe that the majority of the population already believe in ghosts, the paranormal, and/or UFO's.

When you think about it, if people are willing to believe in a god on faith alone, then the evidence of the UFO reality isn't so hard to believe given all the extremely well-documented accounts. Not to mention, all the video and photo evidence, all the material evidence that has been collected over the years that confounds experts and scientists, the abductee phenomenon and all the evidence that suggests we aren't being told the whole truth by NASA, the military and the government.

It might even be said that it's easier to believe in the UFO phenomenon than it is to believe in God. The way I see it, there is definately more evidence. Most people just don't publicly disclose their true beliefs because of fear of ridicule. And people are also not capable of accepting any truths of the natural world if those truths contradict their beliefs or pre-concieved ideas about our universe overall..

But I still think most people think UFO's are real regardless of whether or not they're alien craft. Alot of polls have been conducted over the years. Here are some great ones.

Canadian UFO Poll: 3 million Canadians have seen UFOs

Poll: U.S. hiding knowledge of aliens

(CNN) -- Nearly 50 years since an alleged UFO was sighted at Roswell, New Mexico, a new CNN/Time poll released Sunday shows that 80 percent of Americans think the government is hiding knowledge of the existence of extraterrestrial life forms.

Three in Four (74 percent) Claim They Are At Least Somewhat Psychologically Prepared For an Official Government Announcement Regarding the Discovery of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life

Believe in intelligent life: 64%

Believe in abductions: 83%

Have had, or know someone who had, a Close Encounter: 79%

Feel they are "very psychologically prepared" for the discovery of extraterrestrial life: 67%

Think the government does not share enough information with the public: 58%

Believe the government does not tell us everything it knows about extraterrestrial life and UFOs: 58%

2003 UFO Disclosure Survey Results

Do you believe there is a UFO coverup within the US government?
Total votes 719
Yes (588) 82%
No (76) 11%
Not sure (55) 8%

If UFOs and Aliens are visiting, should the public be told what governments know?
Total votes 717
Yes (587) 82%
No (14) 2%
Depends (116) 16%

Have you ever seen a UFO?
Total votes 722
Yes (384) 53%
No (191) 26%
Possibly (147) 20%

I have never been a true believer in polls. But they do sample a certain percentage of the overall population, therefore noone can outrightly dismiss their accuracy or validity. These are some very interesting results.

I came across similarly surprising results when researching polls about people's belief in the paranormal for a college thesis paper I wrote in 2005. It's strange that all of these people have these beliefs but don't really talk about it publicly and/or try to discredit those that do try to talk about it. I guess noone wants to be considered nutty for their own beliefs and opinions (me included).

That's one reason I come here to ATS. So I can openly discuss my opinions and beliefs without fear of ridicule.

This will be used to control us. We will all unite as one world to resist the Fake Alien threat and lose whatever freedom we have left in the process.

If there are people too dense to realize what is going to play out here then
they deserve what's coming to them. Do you people honestly believe that the governments of the world would disclose info of this magnitude because they have our best intrest in mind?

As for the ridiculous argument "what's in it for them" "why now" "what would they have to gain by......". Ummmmmmmm
CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!

We are in final stages of a very old plan to systematically take control of the worlds population. That means you and me folks. Please for the love of me, don't fall for this. I beg you!!!!! You people are scaring me.

I agree that the disclosure threads are tiresome. This one however is interesting, because months ago France declassified it's UFO files to major international apathy.

Now back then they supposedly declassified their files, which is to suggest ALL of their files. If this thread is to be believed, they held something more important back? It's reasonable to assume that the files were released cautiously, with the more interesting (read that as, things that will panic the public) files held back until they'd properly gauged the public reaction.

Well, I guess if at first you don't get disclosure.... say it will happen tomorrow.... if at second you don't get disclosure.... say it will come from someplace else.

I just have to burst a few bubbles, here.... Since I've been around the UFO community - this abstract concept of "disclosure" has been around for at LEAST that long - at least eight years, and I'm told (and get the impression) it has been around for much longer.

Every month is the same thing "disclosure by the end of this month" "Good job, team, we made great strides!"

I think, instead of signing internet petitions and starting new threads every two hours about the same concept, it would be more productive to be filming the sky and educating yourselves on the field research practices and standards of scientists, and begin conducting yourselves accordingly, to remove the taboo from "UFO" and "Extra Terrestrial."

That's not to say "don't post on the forums" - far from it.... but it's kind of hard to take any of the posts here seriously when we're hinging a debate on the existence of ETs and government agendas on four pixels of 'light' in a you-tube video.

There is a reason UFOs are considered Taboo - and UFO enthusiasts considered out-of-touch with reality.... and it has nothing to do with government conspiracies, and everything to do with disorganization and wild speculation.

How one can infer four pixels of light as an extra terrestrial vehicle is beyond me. There are many electo-atmospheric phenomena that are known and very strange. Assuming we can verify an extra-terrestrial vehicle, we have to then verify that it is actually intelligent (is being operated by some form of life... though that's a hell of a lot of open territory). Assuming we can do that.... we then would have to determine their agenda and standpoint with regards to humanity, and how our government(s) respond to them and plan to relate both us and them.

All on four pixels in often poor quality video.

I believe there are ET craft visiting us on behalf of other life forms (if not carrying those life forms). But proving that with videos and hordes of conflicting testimonies and documents is a hell of a job - especially when 'we' don't even have our story remotely straight, or realistic within the bounds of what we can establish as reliable (and relevant) observations.

I don't know if anyone heard the interview with Steven Greer last week on (can't remember the site), but he did say he was in talks with a "G7 country" to make contact with the extraterrestrials and have it filmed anddisclosed.

Here's the exact quote from Greer:

"There is a major country in the world - G7 Country - that has decided to do this with us and has invited us to become the primary contactee to precipitate an event with these extraterrestrial vehicles with the full support of their air force, space command, everything, land and meet the leadership of this country with us facilitating this so that this can than be proximally disclosed to the world, and that what we are doing eminent - what we are working on eminently." - Dr. Steven M. Greer

Isn't France a G7 country?
