so Im really scared of spiders, had a bad experience as a kid with one of our Australian brutes, so even looking for these pics raised my blood pressure and made my hands clammy....eeeee

This is a GREAT thread!

I don't have any of my own, but if I find some of those that I've seen and loved in the past, now I know where to post them...

And BTW (here comes the weekly nag ) - I don't think this belongs in "Chit chat".
It is a very worthwhile - and potentially educational - thread.

Don't know which forum the thread could be moved to but you're right about the pics doing a good job of showing how beautiful Mother Nature can be.
