I'm kind of surprised they don't coordinate some type of escape. Easiest way to escape is get some poor patsy to make a blatant escape while the guards are busy going after that person the other leaves and isn't noticed gone until they detain the original escape and do the head count.

Granite if your surrounded by water your sol, but all it takes is a couple of pre-occupied guards to disarm and take things over yourself. Or chances are there is a boat somewhere if surrounded by water.

Oh wait you might get shot. So what if you planned on killing yourself force the guards to do the dirty work as they'll be ticked when they have to do all the paperwork and debriefings of what happened and if they were or were not authorized to kill you. Not to mention it's not only less painful but if your religion says suicide is a sin then your safe to.

Guantánamo bay came back to shame all Americans, regardless who supported it or who never did. US reputation is so very low, it's funny to think that one day people trusted and admired the country.

Whether that goes for most or just some countries, it's definitely over with the support for US. Since Bush people tend to be at least suspicious about the words and actions by your government.

It has to do with Islam. When you convert, you get a second name. It's similar to Catholic countries--after confirmation, you get your "Chritsian name". So, you could be born "Jim Smith" but then you get the Christian name "Gabriel" after confirmation. [You even get a second birthday!]
