9/11 Memoranda For The Records

I don't post in this section often but came across a resource page some of you may be interested looking in to. They are MFR's (Memoranda For the Record). Some are still restricted but many are available for reading.

Like this one. It is a meeting with the American Bankers Association.

9/11 hijackers

Each member of the panel was familiar with the 9/11 hijackers financial transactions and each has come to the conclusion that a better scrutiny of the financial transactions would not have resulted in discovering them. Moreover, even after 9/11, with all we know now, the panel was unanimous in stating that siminalr financial activity would not draw SUspICIon.

PDF file

Look for an "O" under the status column and click on the name it corresponds with. Once it opens click on the digital copies tab. Open the PDF file.
