With all the new threads about people coming back, I was feeling a bit left out so I decided to post one of my own.

Thats definitely true ! ... A co-worker of mine had it in the early 90's and was off work for two weeks with inflamed balls. Vasectomy ? - No thanks !!!

The poor bugger couldn't walk at all. He had to carry his balls in a wheelbarrow like Buster Gonad from the Viz Magazine.
