Oh wow. Way to describe every person who doesn't want to fit in with society. It is called being socially retarded, usually because you have a lack of people skills and probably ride the short bus. Just for the record, NO ONE has the ability of telepathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience, pyrokenisis or any crap special ability made up to amuse children. At least I have never seen it done.

Sounds like when autistic people think they are special and above everyone when really it is a mental retardation and they have zero social skills.

Wow are you so incredibly wrong and obnoxious here I have to respond. Government has done studies on many of the abilities you've seen above. Srs bznss.

Why insult? I mean, to disagree is one thing. Insults are just un-called for, immature, and self-revealing.

Not insulting anyone. Mental retardation is a real life issue not some insult like the derrogatory term fag. Also can I has srs bsns proof plz?

I don't think there is an excuse for being rude and unconscionable. I'll reiterate what I said above: What is more gullible; to believe we have something to give or to believe you can take it away from us?

And yes I do believe I have something to offer or I wouldn't be here, and neither would you, I don't believe.

Now, I would ask you: If you don't feel you're "special" then what right was granted to you, other than self-applied, to be the voice of the socially adept?

My apologies as I don't want to turn the thread into an argument, just injecting what I see as genuine "common sense". But I'll be the first to admit, it's a matter of my perspective.

What is not true about what I said? Please elaborate.

Im not saying there is anything wrong with the word but you have to admit we are not going to be taken seriously when this word along with new age crazy cult thinking and so on is used in the same sentence as aliens are amongst us.

I stand by my post that yes there are some very intelligent posters on here with very ground breaking forward thinking insight

Sigh,

I think we are a minority folks, I don't think I am alien, I think I am informed, I have experienced things many people never have,I have been places and lived a life people write about. At times I see people do stupid things, and wonder why they do it, or why are people who are in a leadership position making stupid decisions. Its not that we are aliens that we feel this way. The World does not value the pedigree of people, it values money. Its not that we feel we were born to do something special or what not, it is the hope it all changes. Well it has not changed for many centuries and I am doubtful it will in the coming century. The days of intelligence is over.. Intelligent people are a minority in this world. Just informed paranoid people we are. Or at least informed. Some are more paranoid then others. Most people do not feel it is important to understand everything, whats important to them is money and making it or keeping it.. That gives them more power, then asking the questions of what is life? Or feeling special for being who they are..

I am No alien I am Human. I am just happy I can be accepted here..

Knowledge of our past would affect the experiment we are in. The school (Earth) would not work. Think about it. We are here to experience, not review the past. We must live in the now and make free will decisions based on that. There is NO PAST and NO FUTURE. There is only NOW. The future and past are linear 3D terms that only exist while we are on 3D Earth.

If you could remember your experience as an evolved form of plant life from a Terra planet, how would that help you today? Would you even be able to reference that existence from this Earth perspective of reality? No. It would only distract you from making NOW decisions.

We gave shelter to the draft dodgers of the vietnam war, and turned the police away by telling them that it was illegal for them to enforce a US order. Everyone knew who lived there. We, and our guests, were very aware of the world we lived in, and was raised on political discussion, and discussions about injustices, all over the globe, nearly every day. My father was a science teacher with a mensa IQ, and his brother a phsycist, so to add to the social democracy type political talks, we had a lot of science and innovations discussed. It was an incredible childhood. Not to mention all the skinny dipping and real natural hippy lifestyle. I wish it on everyone.

Edit to add: nevermind all the arguments with the rednecked boys at school. They were really annoying! But always seemed to follow me around in my senior years just to debate me at lunchtime.
Seemed to be a real spilt, leftist hippies and rednecks in our town. Glad for my orientation.

Thanks for the reply. I guess that all makes sense in a way, but is there ever a time when you do remember your past lives on other planets? Like the instant your physical body dies on this planet you all of the sudden regain all of this past knowledge? Or is it gone forever so that you are always living in the now?

Diplo-

I looked back at your original questions. This is something I've struggled with as well. IF I was reincarnated, why can't I remember certain things? Linda Moulten Howe did a report on a gentleman who remembered a past life and supposedly was able to find proof; but that's just a story.

Anyway, why wouldn't we remember? My best guess, my best feeling is that we're wiped, either voluntarily or involuntarily. It's part of the 'contract' that we sign when we choose to be incarnated in human form.

Why? Because it would not be fair to have to advantage of knowledge; say, the exact knowledge accumulated by an 80 year old in a 5 year old's brain. Yeah, it would be fun, but I think one would miss out on the true experience: what it means to be human.

Just a thought...

I really do not know whether or not to just write off your post as a delusional fantasy or point out that discussing injustices in a circle does nothing to prevent them.

Some do, but these are personal experiences that are hard to translate to something more tangible. The practice of achieving this knowledge is thoroughly described in shamanic traditions throughout the world.

Not promoting, just stating my personal belief.

I personally don't believe it is an "incarnation" as in our souls traveled here from a distant sphere. What I believe is, in a way, more practical in that there were those who came here physically and had no way to leave. There's more, but I'll reserve talking about it at the moment.

I believe ideas of incarnation and spiritual progression are a growth of this though. Reaching heaven or nirvana, eliminating karma, is a way off expressing being free of this planet.

As for not remembering, that has to do much more with the constraints of time/space reality, I think.

The way we all feel different from other humans could be explained by other reasons/phenomenon other than being an alien. Maybe we're aliens, or maybe we're just smarter humans. Who knows.

I think this is absolutely true. I don't believe the point is to be "better than human", but rather still human, just not of terrestrial, purely evolutionary, origin.

Thanks so much for this thread spooky---Everything you listed applies to me and a few other people I know, including my teenage daughter.
She used to lie awake at 2 yrs old and ask what she was doing here

She told me that I was'nt her mother and she is from the future.
I also feel I don't belong here and there is a purpose for it.???
I have the gift of prophecy and my daughter has numerous abilities.

What a thoughtful reply. It is a good thing you came by and set us all straight.
I feel so much better now.BTW what's up with all of the name calling? I thought that wasn't allowed here on ATS? I suppose the mods have better things to do than Their jobs!!!

The last thing anyone needs is input from negative people. I don't see the need to spout off like that? Do you feel better?

Great questions. Giving my brain some fun exercise.

I don't know if we would remember all of our past lives. If so, it would entail a dramatic shift in consciousness. Say this is my 5th time around, and when I die, I suddenly remember the previous four. To me, that's a bit frightening, and could be sad, especially when trying to reconcile all of the experiences into one.

I think maybe we're always living in the now, and when we die, we become aware of something greater; we choose to stay there or choose to reincarnate? I don't freeking know lol. But fun to think about. I'll tell you when I get there.

I have heard that eating meat lowers your vibrations or something like that, and that people who don't eat meat and only eat organic fruits/veggies/grains are more likely to be able to "access" their spirit so to speak. I have always eaten a lot of meat, but lately I have had the urge to start eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I don't think it even necessarily came from reading about spiritual vibrational levels and all of that stuff, it just sort of came to me one day recently that I need to eat healthier.
