watch time lapse vid and tell me if you see what i see?

I watch webcams on the Earthcam network all over the world. What I do is watch youtube for sightings and then go look for the time lapse webcam video to see if I can see what they saw. I was looking through tonight and happened to catch this. I don't want to ever jump the gun but watch the clouds. Do you see activity or are the clouds moving over stars hiding them in some shots and revealing in others? What do you think?

I see clouds in the dark then the sun comes up. no activity.

watch the stars. White dots moving to and fro. But I did really want an honest opinion. I wish I could slow the footage.

well with time lap videos stars are only going to be in a frame or two. Go outside and look at the stars. Go back inside and look at them in an hour, see how they all moved.
