Mysterious Manhatttenhenge July 12 2009, 12 Avenues, July 11 2009 , & The Number 11

These whispered and translucent signals are becoming much easier to apprehend as the veil thins with remarkable rapidity.

On July 12, 1009 the New York solstice: Solar alignment will leave Manhattan looking like a modern-day Stonehenge.

Is there significance in this beyond the obvious?

For just 15 minutes the sun sets in exact alignment with the cross streets of Manhattan's street grid, making the city's towering building look something like a modern-day Stonehenge.

While we have long-marvelled at the beauty of our prehistoric monument in the Salisbury plains of England, Americans have been in awe of the unique urban phenomenon known as Manhattanhenge.

As you may know, had Manhattan's grid been perfectly aligned with the geographic north-south line, then the days of Manhattanhenge would be the spring and autumn equinoxes, the only two days on the calendar when the Sun rises due-east and sets due-west. But Manhattan's street grid is rotated 30 degrees east from geographic north, shifting the days of alignment elsewhere into the calendar

Not to take anything away from this event, but I have looked at all the links in both threads, and I haven't seen anything resembling Stonehenge?!?

Is this just a case of the sun lining up with the streets twice a year? That happens in every city at least twice a year. It usually annoys the h*ll out of me, because I can't see to drive!

Are there some other photos where this looks like more than a city street?

Subjective, I find the greater meaning in the alignment, the planning and the numerology.

The numbers 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, 33 , 39 have special meaning to the ELITE Freemasons.

And what is the mystery?
Simply that if you draw a straight line from the obelisk in St Paul’s churchyard to the obelisk in Central Park, it will pass directly through the site of the Worth obelisk at 25th Street -- the three obelisks are directly aligned, pointing roughly 29 degrees east of north, slightly off the central Manhattan axis of Fifth Avenue.

New York does not have a specific Stonehenge model but in fact it
does after all by fortuitous accident. The axis is the east-west
streets on Manhattan and the stones are the very towers that so
dramaticly characterize the City.

Manhattan is an island about 20 kilometers long and barely 2-1/2
kilometers at the widest. The gridiron of streets etched onto
Manhattan aligns with the island, a long skinny spar of bedrock. The
east-west streets, the 'streets', run along the short dimension of the
island. The longest continuous east-west street is 14th Street. The
north-south streets, the 'avenues', are orthogonal to the streets and
run along the long dimension of the island.

We already know that dates and planetary alignments are very important to the dark forces in this world who are bent on our destruction. More importantly, we know that there's is a Sun-god type of worship (in other words, they worship the Sun not the Son).

Thus, it's plausible to assume that some action with major prophetic implications could be attempted on these dates in conjunction with the alignment of the sun
