Luminous object in the area of Buckley......

(Thread title continued) Luminous object in the area of Buckley AFB.

I hve seen this object in the area of Buckley AFB Colorado, I'm at work and have no camera the object has been there for the last few hours and has changed altitude slowly several times. Could this be the ISS, or a planet? I'm not sure and since I'm at work my resources are limited. The object is luminous and has no running lights, it appears to be white in color or possibly yellow, anybody in the area of Buckley seen this tonight? This is the second time in two weeks I've seen this in that area.

Sorry for no pics I don't have my camera with me. Any ideas as to what this could be? This object has been mostly stationary as I watched it as long as I could, twice tonight for 15 minutes at a time, the altitude change was very slow and barely noticeable, except I used light posts as stationary guides.
