A rep for the Phoenix Police Department has just released the following statement regarding Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter:

I was just advised by investigators that Exodus Tyson was pronounced deceased at 11:45 AM today at the hospital. Our sympathies go out to the family.

It's always sad to read about young children dying. Even more so when they die from an accident.

My best wishes to the Tyson family.

Life can be taken so easily and stories like this one shouldnt have to be but they are.

Make sure you watch your children, this young girl was only out of her mother's sight for a short time.

Wow omg.

I knew she was in critical condition, but that's really sad. I can't imagine loosing one of my children. Huh, just goes to show money can't buy you everything.

Yes very sad,is there more information on the circumstances of the accident which resulted in her death? all i hear is a cord and a treadmill.Not much more than that.I haven't followed tyson much after he went crazy.Did he change much after having children?

I am assuming she fell on the treadmill and caught her neck in some sort of cable. Probably suffocated her which is why she was on life support. The family probably pulled the plug or something. I hope not anyways, that would be hard.

More detail will probably surface.

let's hope Mike dose not lose it all together.
One thing that will happen, is an investigation into her death, I do hope it was an accident not anything more.
