Watney's Party Sevens

I just had a conversation with my dad and he mentioned beer from his youth called party sevens basically 7 pints in a can I think. Obviously these are a bit before my time but I would appreciate anyone telling me a bit more about what these things ar elike or even better where I can still buy them.
