North Korea 'will pay' over tests

North Korea will "pay a price" for the nuclear and missile tests it has carried out in recent days, the US ambassador to the UN has said.

Susan Rice said international pressure on North Korea would increase, until it realised the tests had left it "further isolated and further debilitated".

Her comments come a day after the UN unanimously condemned North Korea for conducting an underground nuclear test.

Oh yes they will pay! im reminded of the Team America scene with the UN ambassador.We will write a very very bad letter to you! lol Cutting through the rhetoric,we all know this whole incident will die out soon much like the satellite launch.Sanctions have proven not to work not just on N.Korea but also places like Iran where it only strengthen their resolve.China being N.koreas biggest supplier of food and fuel holds the cards not the USA.What im worried about in the coming years is lil Kim dying and maybe a type of coup by the military in the transition between one of his sons taking over.

Yeah, another pointless UN debate. And of course China and Russia will be on the Security Council just to make sure the statement isn't TOO harsh
