Bigfoot language

You know, I've never actually thought about this before. I'm not too sure the amount of research went into this but I still find it interesting.

I always assumed that Bigfoot may have made noses just like dogs would to each other like growls and yips. To think they may actually have a language is pretty neat.

If, you know... Bigfoot actually exists

Apparently they are very intelligent and communicate with a system of vocalizations and gestures, is what I've always heard. This would be critical in allowing them to remain so elusive but continue to increase their population.

I am of the belief that all animals have verbal communication. I've heard squirrels talk to each other, birds twerp to one another, and you should hear my dogs jabber on and on about who had the ball first.

So it makes sense, in my mind anyway, that Bigfoot (bigfoots? bigfeet?) communicate with each other as well.

Many animals have a "language". They don't write it down (but then again some human tribes never did either).

Whales, little birds, etc...have a disctinctive language in many cases. Dogs and other animals use body language and vocalization. Just because we can't understand their language their is a tendency to think they must not be saying much.

Sheesh not only do whales have a language they have different dialects, and can only understand those members that share the same dialect.

How can there be a bigfoot language if there's no bigfoot?

IMHO primates use their own language, so a BF would use a language also. I have two cd's from Sierra Sounds that purport to have recordings of BF. The noises remind me of sounds I've heard in zoos.

Given their obvious intelligence, I'd say a rudimentary language is a given. The recorded calls, if that's what it is, would seem to support this.

English...according to this lady Bigfoot

Bigfoot have been known to use bellows and calls to communicate with each other and as one of their defense mechanisms.

Many people (myself included) when running into one of these creatures will be bellowed before any hostilities are entered in to. It is a way of saying 'back off'.

The Yowie here in Australia, apart from these noises, can supposedly whistle and uses this as a form of communication.

That is crazy, you say. Did you know that whistling carries the furthest in remote areas?

Chimpanzee's don't have the intelligence to achieve a two word sentence so i doubt some bigfoot creature could achieve a language not to mention one at all relative to a human language.

English...according to this lady Bigfoot

I wonder if that is the same lady who was on a bigfoot documentary who claimed bigfoot commonly comes and knocks at her front door, and the last time it happened bigfoot asked to borrow some sugar in English.
Funny stuff, wish i could remember what show it was.

Do to the humanoid nature of a Bigfoot I believe that they do indeed have a language.

Has anyone read Jean M. Auel's Clan of the cave bear series? The others " The Flatheads" signified in the books, most likely Neanderthals communicate using a series of hand movements and grunts, that when put together are very intricate and detailed once combined with facial expressions.

I believe that Bigfoot communicate such as these characters, but not quite as intricate or defined as them.

I think it was before monster quest maybe, it was a few years back anyway she went on to say how she watched them hunt on her lawn and take out deer and there was a seperate story somewhere else maybe down south and something was throwing rocks at them hitting their truck. I know i saw it a few years ago.
Either way i doubt they would speak English and those sort of claims dont do much for the serious research side of things.

Yeah! He wanted garlic. And when she put it in his hand she manages to pluck a few pieces of hair from his hand. Which If I recall correctly turned out to be absolutely nothing extraordinary.

Thats right it was Garlic. Was the show called Searching for bigfoot on National Geo, or is that just the name of this site. Eitherway funny stuff.
www.searchingforbigfoot.com...

But this one is better, its has some sound recordings but you need realplayer to listen, and then Janice herself comes to the forum and translates what the bigfoot family are saying. Reading further in that it also appears they have Swedish and Scottish accents.

Jan wants to apologize for not getting them up here sooner, but she has been very busy with other matters. I asked her if I could post them for her. I just love how this interaction went. If only Ron, Al and others could have understand how to listen, they would not be a Myth anymore. This is not the complete translation yet. More to come for the translations, she has been having a few puter problems.

Female: "Who", "Who", "Who", 'Who" are you, "Who, who, "

Male: "Ronock told them what a good boy I am though". And then they mubble something I can not make out tright here on this part of the recording.

Female: "Who are you all, Who are you all"
.
Female: "Their so funny looking". and laughs with the male, "Who!" " Watch this". "Who are you all". After Ron answers back kind of in Chinese to them, she ask the male; "Why's he doing that?"

Male: "Oh because he put the paper down. Good one".

Female: "Who are you all?"

After Ron says: It sounds like their laughing at us. The male and female are mummbling something I can not hear well enough to understand.

Male "Oh Ronock told me what a good boy I am"
.
Female: Lightly calls, "Who are you all". "Want good will?" "Want good will?" "Ya want ta?" "Nawk. Want Nawk? Nawk?"

Ron answers again trying to imitate what he hears, and She ask the male "What's he doing?"

Please notice that Nazari/The old Man/Biggie kinda knew what Ron's name was, Nazari just added a bit to it.

You obviously don't know much about chimpanzees do you.........

In reply to OP

I'm sure they could have a language. There are many animals that do. It would not be that far fetched.

I seen that show.. Is that the lady in the Appalachian mountains who says she gives it garlic to rub on it to repel mosquito's??
She called it Clyde I think. She said they hunt in packs and can run down a deer and snap it's back and neck (she said "fold it right back in half").
She had a real mountain folk accent. She seemed like she was telling the truth too lol

She said they can understand English, and even speak some words in a deep low gurgle voice.

I wish I could remember the name of that show??
