Funny i saw many of these symbols in D.C...

Don't know if this has been posted, but considering that we are talking about architecture I have done some research about the Washington Monument or obelisk, have you guys ever heard of the mini monument that was constructed underground not too far away from the the real one, I believe also with markings.
