Have you notice latley the constant barage of bills meant to remove the the guns or more to the point , our rights. I know it was bad last 8 years and really since around 1863 mesa thinks, and just getting worse. But these last few months have been insane.

Australia introduced gun laws in 1996, now it is so hard to own a gun you just give up.

In Australia it is illegal to own air guns as well as paint ball guns. without a licence. Dont let this happen to the US, once ownership is revoked you will never get the right to bear arms back again.

War uis coming to the us for the 1st time since the revolutionary war and this is round 2. But the only thing is I don't see american troops at war with us citizens cause they will be at war with there family and friends. I can see it more like them just roinding us uo into fima camps. Or have forien troop do the fighting for them. We are in a bad time to be in america. Cahnge will come wite the price of blood

The US Government declared war on the US Citizenry in 1917 with the passage of the Trading With The Enemy Act and the War Powers Act, and with the passage of the 1911/1913 passage of the Federal Reserve Act.

Please read the next 2 posts. I know this sounds nutty, however, we have to do something besides sitting on our hands, resting on our laurals and doing nothing.


Petition for Redress of Grievances

We the People, in our capacity as watchers of the Republic, have seen in recent history, decades of moral and ethical decay in our country. Our freedoms are constantly under attack both at home and abroad and to no avail, there is not one person in a position of authority in any branch of government, willing to address the issues that concern the People of America.

We the People, acting in unison and with vision and great vigor, assert our rights of absolute authority over you and demand that you answer in a timely manner and showing just cause, why you have allowed the constant demoralization and unethical behavior, both in your seats of power to your homes, to be status quo in your governance over us.

Though you have the power to govern, such power is derived from the People and can be revoked by the People at will. You have consistently and constantly forced more Socialism upon us, enslaving us to the government without a free will to decide our own futures and opportunities to pursue happiness. You have instituted a false sense of security in order deprive the people of their Creator given rights in place of man given privilege. The time has come to correct these problems before our country falls into a state of chaos and rebellion.

We the People, hereby lay on your table, the proposition that our founding fathers were and are right in that a free people can only remain free by demanding change from an oppressive and tyrannical government or by changing it by force if necessary, as a construct of the 2nd Amendment in the Bill of Rights, both in our National and State constitutions.

We the People present these matters and concerns to our current and future well being.

1. We demand that you immediately withdraw from the United Nations in order to protect and keep America’s Sovereignty.

2. We demand that you bring our entire national defense forces home from stations abroad and assign them to keeping our borders safe and secure from illegal aliens and terrorists.


3. We demand that you revoke the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the actions of the Office of the Presidency of the United States during the Bank Holiday declared by Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 9th, 1933. That you reinstate the National Precious Metals Standards as a basis for backing our currency and or money in its value, and demand that the Department of the Treasury break all contracts with non governmental entities and corporations to fulfill its obligations under the Nation Constitution and to the People (such as the Federal Reserve Bank and the Internal Revenue Service, both of which are not part of our National Government, but are privately owned and operated corporations).

4. We demand that you revoke the Buck Act, the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 and the War Powers Act of 1917.

5. We demand that you unravel the years of abuse that the Office holders of the Office of the Presidency have instituted under Executive Privilege as Executive Orders, which have been used as a means of circumventing the balance of powers and the system of checks and balances in our National and State governments.
6. We demand that you revoke the National and State Income Tax laws as they are not lawful as evidenced by the illegal and unlawful passage of the 16th Amendment to our National Constitution, and based on the fact that the laws are cumbersome and are not easily understandable by the majority of Americans whom the laws are designed to extort money from.

7. We demand that you revoke the Social Security Act and all associated legislation as the act was passed with provision to only last until the end of World War II. Its continuance and public pilfering has denied the enjoyment of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness guaranteed to all Americans.

8. We demand that you revoke all legislation for Social Programs in our Nation and in the States as those programs are designed to further indenture and enslave a free people to its government, by denying them the right to live as a free people and proactively forces a reduction in personal wealth in order to participate in any benefits one might receive from it.

9. We demand that the Supreme Court and the branches of government return to the Common Law as the Law of the Land, removing the Civil Laws and the Laws of Equity and Admiralty as applied in today’s courts, forcing all courts to operate as Courts of Common Law as required by our National and State Constitutions.

10. We demand that our laws and our language be taught and upheld to immigrants and that all illegal aliens be deported whereas upon their return a 3rd time illegally into our nation, they may not enjoy life, liberty or the pursuit thereof here and be made to suffer the pain of death for attempting to enter this country illegally.

11. We demand that you cut off all financial support to 3rd world countries where such past debt remains unpaid and that any new loans to other countries be backed 1 1/2 times the total amount of the loan, in precious metals, that must be pre deposited in a repository in this country before such a loan is made.

12. We demand that no one person be allowed to serve the public trust in any capacity beyond 1 term as described by our National and State Constitutions, disallowing and discouraging people from becoming career politicians.


13. We also demand that no attorney be allowed to hold an office of the public trust, by either vote or appointment, and that attorneys be restrained from acting in any capacity with respect to the process of writing new laws and legislation, as such should be done in plain English for every citizen to be able to understand with a minimum of a 5th grade reading level.

14. We demand that attorney fees be regulated by the National Congress and capped and laws passed that make it impossible for attorneys to claim any part of any financial award in any court case or decision in order to keep the public trust as officers of the court.

15. We demand an end to extortion of funds from the public in the form of other value added taxes and other hidden or value added charges from any business entity within our national borders.

16. We demand an end to forced financial extortion through requirements for any kind or type of insurance from insurance companies under color of law or under the civil laws or laws of equity and admiralty.

17. We demand that you stop this downward spiral of destroying our great Republic and turning it into a 3rd world nation of Democratic Socialism.

We the People further demand the establishment of a National Sales Tax Amendment with the following requirements and guidelines:

a. A National Sales Tax of 7%
b. That any raising or lowering of the National Sales Tax must be determined by nation wide vote of the People (National Referendum).
c. That No State may pass or add any additional tax in any way, shape, form or fashion, but must conform to the National Sales Tax.
d. That the National Sales Tax must not apply to food, food stuffs or items that are essential for sustenance of the Human Body.
e. That no EXEMPTION exists for high ticket and luxury items as the tax must be applied equally to everyone, regardless of personal income or wealth.

In these things We the People find our greatness and our return to our National Sovereignty and roots as a free people. It is our hope that these things do not fall upon deaf ears. However in our wisdom, We the People realize that there are many people who currently serve the Public Trust that would have a problem with our demands and toss our demands for Redress of our Grievances aside for other trivial matters of less importance.


In no uncertain terms or conditions, when such an action as denial of redress is performed, such action will be considered and treated as an act of TREASON against the People and our Nation. For when such an act is performed, it denies the People the ability to petition for redress of any grievance and invokes the temptations of anarchy, unrest and revolution. It is our intent to bring about a change in our country as to inspire patriotism, life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and freedom. It is a well known and established fact that tyrants and tyrannical governments despise and set aside our National and State Constitutions and Bills of Rights, only to be brought out of the closet and used as fodder when it suits them.

We as a People have given up our rights and our liberty in pursuit of a promised (false sense of) security that has been forced upon us. We can no longer expect our current government to protect us under these conditions, when it implements and keeps up its current policy of lies and deceptions meant to intimidate and confuse us. We must demand and act according to the freeness of our will and by our natural laws and rights endowed to us by our Creator. We must now assert our authority to take charge of this matter and assume responsibility for our actions, not casting them off on others who knowingly and willingly set them aside in pursuit of their own agendas and power mongering.


We the People recognize a failure by recent administrations and administrators, to keep our prosperity and sovereignty their only priority with respect to dealing with the world as a whole. Our posterity has been paid in the blood and on the backs of those who died to make this country what it is today and those who continue to pay the ultimate price for our freedoms or the resemblance of freedoms thereof.

We the People seek to withdraw from participating in global trade under NAFTA and GATT convention treaties. We would hope to continue trade with foreign countries and their established governing entities, but under circumstances more tolerable and equitable to both parties, without the force of insignificant and unlawful global torts executed by a world government that we do not recognize as our sovereign authority over us.

To these ends, we pray for swift public redress of these grievances and issues. Should our request fall upon deaf ears, then it shall serve as notice that a public revolution is near and coming. That either those who serve the public trust meet our honorary requests with eyes wide open and with sincere conviction in their hearts to turn this country around, or face the sword on the battlefield that they helped to create by ignoring our basic natural and Creator given rights.


I am a die-hard pro-gun person, but for the life of me - I can't see where it calls for revoking firearms licenses from veterans, conservatives, et-al... Tone-down the frothing at the mouth a bit and read the bill. Don't read it emotionally, because law is not emotional.

The bill calls for curtailing the right to bear arms against known or suspected domestic terrorists and they don't have to tell you why, but it has to come directly from the AG. At which point, it can be appealed and then reviewed by a court.

Sounds to me like 'common sense', really... Up to this point, if the govt. had info that you or I were terrorists, they could do nothing while I went to the gun show and stocked-up. Nor could they do anything if I bought large quantities of explosives provided I had the proper permit.

This bill simply closes that loophole.

EVERY SINGLE LAW can be used for nefarious purposes, but at some point - we've got to look at the big picture and have some faith.

In any case in which the Attorney General has denied the transfer of a firearm to a prospective transferee pursuant to section 922A or has made a determination regarding a firearm permit applicant pursuant to section 922B, an action challenging the determination may be brought against the United States. The petition must be filed not later than 60 days after the petitioner has received actual notice of the Attorney General's determination made pursuant to section 922A or 922B. The court shall sustain the Attorney General's determination on a showing by the United States by a preponderance of evidence that the Attorney General's determination satisfied the requirements of section 922A or 922B. To make this showing, the United States may submit, and the court may rely on, summaries or redacted versions of documents containing information the disclosure of which the Attorney General has determined would likely compromise national security. On request of the petitioner or the court's own motion, the court may review the full, undisclosed documents ex parte and in camera. The court shall determine whether the summaries or redacted versions, as the case may be, are fair and accurate representations of the underlying documents. The court shall not consider the full, undisclosed documents in deciding whether the Attorney General's determination satisfies the requirements of section 922A or 922B.

So when you get your "permit" denied and you take it to court, the Feds can doctor the supporting documents as much as they want under the guise of "national security".

Don't be blind to the over all picture, steps are being taken to remove guns from the homes of citizens. The "change" from America to the UK is well on it's way and only those of us who aren't asleep at the wheel are aware of it's progress.

Suspected dangerous terrorist is the key term. What kind of evidence will they need to have to declare someone a suspected dangerous terrorist?

I agree but it seems all of these futre laws will go ahead. It will be hard to oppose them if Americans are hiding under their beds !

And personally I don't see what the big deal is, from my point of view if your paranoid or have any reason to suspect the government will come and take your weapons then perhaps you shouldn't have them because clearly your mind in unstable.

Yes I do agree it infringes upon freedoms and will probably tick some people off, but what you have to read is that the bill does a criminal back ground check. SO this means less weapons out there in the general public held by criminals or anyone associated with crimes. Giving the " Freedom fighters" against a possible "NWO" less to worry about.

I do not own a gun and probably never will until the world falls apart and I am handed one by the underground to fight off whatever it is we are waiting for.

The bill seems pretty logical to me, I wouldn't vote for or against because voting is somewhat rigged anyways, but if the bill was passed I do not see it affecting my life right now. Ill take it one day at a time watching and listening and if I do see evidence that supports the claims on this forum and website then I will move to action.

I've been thinking quite a bit about all that is going on. Perhaps the time for the United States is over, and it's time to just let it die. The people like the yoke that is around their necks, the world doesn't appreciate what we have done, despite taking our foreign aid the people of other countries look down upon us. Perhaps it's time to give them more rope than they want. They'll hang themselves, and end up hoist on their own petard.

There will come the day that they will need the support of the people, the guns of those people, and nobody will come to their aid.

Wow. I just hope they never try to implement this Bill.

If so, over 700,000 people in the United States stand to loose their 2nd Amendment Right to bare arms. This is especially disturbing given that the nation's "Domestic Threat" list is riddled with inaccuracies or just plain false information. Here is a Wired article detailing some of the problems with the list. Of course, this article is a couple years old, but even if they were able to cut those inaccuracies in half, it's still an extremely high percentage for error in combating the "domestic threat".
