I lived in England since 1987 and have no affiliation with Kazakh Government .

I do however have a gold mine concession for sale in Tien Shen .

Thank you for your well wishes . Your humour is understood and appreciated .

Would you like some horse steak or mare's milk for a drink ?

Best Wishes for you and your family and your nation and your continent .

You just said...

"I did not think OIL/GAS where the reasons for this countries unexplained Unique world status, Leaders Behaviour, Alternative events, Disclosure and Political strangeness that is evident from the other information myself and others have brought to the discussion."

Excuse me but WHAT??? Ever since this country has started trading independently, it's wealth has surged, making it one of the most (in)valuable source of OIL/GAS to the west and amongst the fastest growing economies in the world. Geo-political matters have EVERYTHING to do with this. Since then and in anticipation of BTC & ACG projects, its political scene and much of the development has been led and infiltrated by 'democracy' of the west who only got a foot in because of O&G extraction expertise (led by BP).

That said, I've worked in different places across Kazakhstan - in the O&G industry) and, having BEEN there I can tell you I certainly don't need to refer to the CIA factbook (the wikipedia of supposed intellects, which says a lot) to tell me that THE SINGLE catalyst for the rise of Kazakhstan is (mainly) its (fuel) resources.

Nearly all sections of your post begins "oh dear", "well well" and not forgetting "WOW" - so in contrary to your claims at the beginning of the post, tell me this - how can you NOT be jumping to conlusions exactly????

...you referred to facts, I believe - and I didn't say anything that is incorrect.

Very interesting read

I see the future of this entire region playing a massive role on the world stage. As it stands today, the EU, and the west play a dominant role in world affairs, but I believe the time is coming where this particular region, aligned with the middle east, Russia and China will dominate the future.

A lot of people underestimate the middle east and its far reaching influence on the world stage as far as finance and power are concerned. Align that with China and Russia and the Western powers have serious issues to worry about. Europe is fast tracking towards Islamic influence by sheer numbers alone. Add political correctness to help pave the way ....

You are very correct in telling people to watch this space indeed. The world as we know it is changing, rapidly!
New lines, power plays and partnerships are paving the way for new alliances on the world stage.

This region and surrounding regions will one day be the life blood of the world. That's a scary situation and should send a shiver down everyone's spine, if we continue down the fossil fuel road, and I cant see that changing anytime soon. Natural resources will be the battle grounds of tomorrow, that you can be sure of.
And here we have one of the richest natural resource areas on the planet doing deals with .....

Yes, watch this space indeed.

This is a great thread because it highlights something no msm-spotlight has been on at all. And if the spotlight has been there, only in ridicule. When the spotlight is turned away it can only mean one of two things:

1. Its unimportant
2. Its too important.

I think you`ve shown that the place is strategically significant and will become more so in the next decades as the race for natural resources and alliances peaks...

Certainly did.

Is china though strategic partners with both Russia and the USA? Oh and of course Iran?

Many countries have great wealth, even the Saudi's at their height of world Oil dominance would not get away with saying Taiwan should be repatriated, whilst building storage and tankers facilities in Cuba (sic Iran), and at the same time being the

Closest nations on earth

With Russia, whilst also saddling up to a power like themselves (none left in this analogy).

Have a dictactorship of sorts, yes, chop peoples heads off yes, but NO other country since Post WW1 has been as close to so many warring, competing factions, business interests and diametrically opposed strategic, business and political alliances.

Geo-political matters have EVERYTHING to do with this. Since then and in anticipation of BTC & ACG projects, its political scene and much of the development has been led and infiltrated by 'democracy' of the west who only got a foot in because of O&G extraction expertise (led by BP).

What democracy?

He can say he is there for life at any time.

About me or the CIA or the other less familiar with the region readers?

For those of us who have not been there what source would you have preferred Encyclopedia Brittania?

It was just to give a backround brush to this unknown in the west, and wider world outside of business and political circles, for readers and members to get up to speed.

Indeed if the intellectuals use it as their "wiki" I hope they check it as much as Wiki as I showed a falsehood and misrepresentation in it, in the OP regarding the political and democratic leadership status.

What source should I have used?

Does it matter on such a brief outline if it is checked for accuracy (as I show above I did
),
To be honest it does not matter if its the Teletubbies World Fact book as a source as long as the info is checked and correct or agreed as a standard.

I do as you point out sense intellectual snobbery, though not where you are indicating it is

Nearly all sections of your post begins "oh dear", "well well" and not forgetting "WOW" - so in contrary to your claims at the beginning of the post, tell me this - how can you NOT be jumping to conlusions exactly????

I am sorry if you don't like my style of writing, and trying to convey the tonal inflections and body language that is lost whilst attempting to communicate in the written word, as about 70% of the communicative message is lost.

If though my prose do bother you that is a personal taste thing, and I have apoligised already for not proof reading, I never slept last night so I again am sorry if this is not clear or to your liking.

In addition this is the way discussion boards work, I try and write in a way that is able to convey my emotions on the subject as well as the facts.

Get used to it, I wont change that, if you don't like it don't read my posts/threads many others seem to have enjoyed/learnt/grown and thought more due to it.

[snip]

...you referred to facts, I believe - and I didn't say anything that is incorrect.

Well that is debatable as you seemed to take a personal attack on me, and those sort of stances are subjectively born, and very difficult to define in a Factual Black or White way

As you have a lot of experience in the area, and first hand knowledge please do share with us your ideas on the non energy points I raised.

I have brokered funding for Gas pipelines my friend
in addition as this shows: I Too Know Something about Oil/Gas Macroecomomics

There are many threads discussing the oil/gas situations on ATS, and I link to it in this OP it is part of it, but certainly does not explain the whole bizarre situation, and can in no way explain such things as some of the photo's I have posted or the UFO stuff.

This is an alternative conspiracy site, and I stated clearly in the OP that i had my tin Foil hat on in places

So please do let us know from your inside as such experience and view on these matters, It would be greatly appreciated and if you do feel everything I have mentioned IS down to Hydro's please explain how so I may grow and the readers learn to.

Kind Regards

Elf.

Thank you Sky praise from you is a thing any member or Mod should take seriously, it means much.

I think I tried to cover to many bases, it is difficult to try and do a Far out alternative, and serious political praise together so i know it got muddled for some.

But as you say so rightly, there has been TOO little attention on this area considering the goings on on many levels and that means one thing usually.

As I said earlier in the OP, the Chinese Built the Great wall of China to protect from this regions ancestors. History does seem to show a rise and fall, and rise again of regions and cultures, fashions, power bases etc.

And ultimately the "president" lol does seem to me like something out of a film, he certainly is megla maniac material, in the right situation, as not seen for a generation or two.

Kind Regards,

Elf

hi y`all i am new to ATS, but it is kind of strange to see the first topic is Kazakhstan. lol because i happen to be from there. i was reading all this and the whole thing sounds a bit crazy. Kazakhstan never seemed scary as this thread is, gawd, people even ask if we have jobs there...Kazakhstan is a normal country from my own experience. and i sort of like our president. how can you hate a prez who sends out hoards of students each year to the top notch universities of ANY country in the world. lol anway it was a fun read. thanks.

As a skeptic... I have to say that whether one agrees with or disagrees with this post, that this is a great example of a great ATS post.

The person submitting the post has done research, believes in the topic, uses humor and has a "point" to the post.

The post makes you ask real questions, and is not ridiculous or stolen from another source.

Thank you - this helps bring back my confidence in ATS.

This is a very well presented thread, Excellent research and backed up really well. Kudos to you Elf, Top notch.

Definitely gets you thinking when things are put infront of your eyes like this, could be a big big coincidence but seen as this is a CT website.........it sends the shivers down your spine!!

I too work in the oil and gas industry and have been to many places in the middle east/caspian region, namely Azerbaijan, Qatar, UAE, Georgia and narrowly missed out on the country in question. If i had known about this at that time you can be sure i'd be over there checking it out!

Again, top notch Elf

I dont mean to say the people or the country is scarey, as such.

It seems much has happened there, and the "western world" or public is unaware of it, often the unknown provokes a feeling of slight fear.

It sounds great the education your country provides, though I must say i am very cautious about your leader and his intention, and the world superpowers intentions in the area now and in the future.

Thank you for contributing indeed.

Hello

I don't really know whether it was covered in ATS at all, but I didn't see this news in this thread, so here you are (loose translation, sorry, not native speaker):
NATO has proposed Kazakhstan to participate in the operations in Afghanistan.
NATO has officialy invited Kazakhstan to take part in peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan, although no official answer or even confirmation that this invitation was recieved by the Kazakh government was readily available, according to "Независимая газета"

What was some sort of surprise for me, that NATO's Deputy Assistant Secretary General Rober Simmons said that Kazakh army has attained sufficient level of operative compatibility with NATO forces and therefore would be competent to fulfill all the tasks required.
According to the author of this article, Kazakh army is very well equiped, perfectly trained and has qualified officers (not only from soviet times - many have studied in the west too).

Further, some experts claim that Kazakhstan is unlikely to send any troops to the Afghanistan, although that might be in it's interests too - keeping the Taliban away and reducing narcotraffic.

There is written quite a bit more, but I tried to lay down the main idea

Well, that may not add much to the discussion, but I thought it might add some edge to it.

Have a good evening

I would also add to this thread

Kazakhstan is a very likely, most likely in fact the location for the original Garden of Eden to have been.

And the to posters from Kazakh

Please bear in mind

It's not like the Anasazi Indians knew what they were living on top of, not any more than our own Govt did when they drilled and set off a-bombs in New Mexico and connected Tunnels to it inadvertently all across the nation to DC

Something is up in your country, perhaps you should be asking Why such nice land hasn't been a center of human population all along and there are only 15 million people there...

I'd be interested in the superstitions of the region

And off conspiracy issues

With an interesting mix of asian and western influences, far from the Boart portrayal, with that amount of land and only 15 million people, Kazakh might be poised to become one of the most prosperous places on Earth, fuel, culture... money...

well the reason Kazakhstan isnt as populated is mainly because of mas immigration out of Kazakhstan, death of millions of people from manufactured famine under Stalin.

i cant put up the url- its a pdf document- doesnt seem to work:

"The Kazakh Catastrophe and Stalin’s Order of Priorities, 1929-1933:

Evidence from the Soviet Secret Archives

In reading that...

first things that stands out to me is the mass die off of livestock which reminds me of

Ritual sacrifice

Stalin killed allot of people, the story fits really well if our leaders our really appeasing some other race/species entity

If your from Kazakhstan that says worlds that you have this music as fast as I do in Arizona
