I think you are mistaken here. The missile shield won't need nuclear weapons in space so at least this treaty wasn't broken. But one was broken with it, that's right but can't remember which one.

As far as I remember the "no nukes in space"-treaty was signed because nobody likes to have a nuke going off in the atmosphere...uhuuuu..pretty damaging

I can't believe Belarus will join Russia again. Lukashenko is a piece of something that comes out of our back - can't believe he would give up his dictatorship and let allow Russai to entirely control his country.
