In my home county!

When I saw this article I almost fell over! This absurd! He's a sex offender. A child molester! And he's being allowed to open an animal sanctuary that would likely give him access to new victims! Young volunteers and victims exposed to this SOB! My dear Lord what is wrong with this country?
