A happy rant.

At this moment I couldn't be happier.
After being screwed around by my old band for the last 8 months or so I have finally found a new band and they are waybetter then my old band.
I answered an ad on a wednesday and got a reply to show up on thursday night for an audition.
I felt an instant connection immediately and it showed in my playing.
The second time I showed up we recorded everything we did (21 songs in total)
Considering I didn't know the music I did extremely well and they offered me the gig after the second jam.
After listening to what we recorded I am estatic at how we sound and the way we gelled naturally.
The guys are really nice and have a great sense of humour.
Being fulfilled musically has been a lifelong quest for me and today I think I am pretty close.
They even supply the drumkit for me!!!!

You can be whoever you want as long as you keep the taffy away from the instruments.
Thankfully in this band we don't have to wear outfits or make-up.I actually did have to in one band tho...those pics remain hidden.LOL

I would have no problem showing them to people on this site...I am more worried about my bosses seeing them or certain friends...they are a tad offensive in that our bassplayer was dressed as jesus complete with the crown of thorns.
I would have to get them onto a disc to upload.
I called the photofinishing place and they said they can do it for me.
Give me time to get them onto a disc and I will be happy to show them to you.

That is just awsome!
