What was the top secret project called ARGUS trying to achieve?
What did the top secret project STARFISH accomplish in the early 1960s?

How do polarizers/polarizing filters work?
How would a 3rd 'Van Allen' belt allow light/radiation IN that we were NOT receiving before a 3rd belt was inserted....?

And btw, the fella who predicted the falsely termed 'VAN ALLEN belts' was ALSO the fella who conceptulized the technology they use in CERN today?

I saw the title and was looking forward to a detailed, educational post about the Van Allen belt.
