I visited London a few years ago,and i was absolutely gobsmacked by the size of the Dragonflies there! Kind of like minature Alien helicopters!
But I'm leaning towards something normal, because it must have been there for a long time, if it was a ufo, I'm sure we would have heard something in the news right?

Swarms of things moves around more and are not as solid looking as what I saw, plus they would have to be like over 15 different group of swarms, and each swarm would have to be MASSIVE to see from that far away.
Also do swarms stay in the same place for 2 hours?
