Ah yes, the first denial by Osama rears its head again. Ran in the Pakistani paper "Ummat" the article quotes Bin Laden as saying, "Neither I nor my organisation Al-Qaida is involved in the attacks and the US has traced the attackers within America."

One problem, the paper never actually interviewed Osama.

Funny thing. I could not find your direct quote within the Ummat Authentic Interview with Usama bin Laden. Did you just make it up? Wasn't the first or last time was it? Actually Osama said this:

The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the U.S. system, but are dissenting against it.

Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United States? That secret government must be asked as to who carried out the attacks.

What is unusual about a newspaper not interviewing Osama directly? He would have to come to the city and out of hiding wouldn't he? Newspapers and TV Stations and news magazines ordinarily do not directly interview a person. They send a journalist or tv correspondent or "special correspondent" to interview the person. Are you claiming nobody interviewed Usama bin Laden in September 2001? How convenient for your masters. They can NeoCON the American people with their sloppy fake Osamas, while you axe the real videos.

In his interview, Usama bin Laden pointed out that the Israeli regime is behind the 9-11 attacks. He expressed gratitude and support for Pakistan, urging the Pakistani people to continue their jehad against dictators, tyrants, traitors, crooks, criminals, dictatorships and tyrannies. Following is the text of Usama Bin Laden's interview conducted by a "special correspondent" and published in the daily Ummat on Friday, 28 September 2001. Daily UMMAT: You have been accused of involvement in the attacks in New York and Washington. What do you want to say about this? If you are not involved, who might be?

USAMA BIN LADEN: In the name of Allah (God), the most beneficent, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, Who is the creator of the whole universe and Who made the Earth as an abode for peace, for the whole humankind. Allah is the Sustainer, who sent Prophet Muhammad (saw) for our guidance. I am thankful to The Ummat Group of Publications, which gave me the opportunity to convey my viewpoint to the people, particularly the valiant and momin (true Muslim) people of Pakistan who refused to believe the lies of the demon (Pakistani military dictator General Pervez Musharraf).

I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge of these attacks, nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children and other people. Such a practice is forbidden even in the course of a battle. It is the United States, which is perpetrating every maltreatment on women, children and common people of other faiths, particularly the followers of Islam. All that is going on in Palestine for the last 11 months is sufficient to call the wrath of God upon the United States and Israel. There is also a warning for those Muslim countries, which witnessed all these as a silent spectator. What had earlier been done to the innocent people of Iraq, Chechnya and Bosnia? Only one conclusion could be derived from the indifference of the United States and the West to these acts of terror and the patronage of the tyrants by these powers that America is an anti Islamic power and it is patronizing the anti-Islamic forces. Its friendship with the Muslim countries is just a show, rather deceit. By enticing or intimidating these countries, the United States is forcing them to play a role of its choice. Put a glance all around and you will see that the slaves of the United States are either rulers or enemies of Muslims.

The U.S. has no friends, nor does it want to keep any because the prerequisite of friendship is to come to the level of the friend or consider him at par with you. America does not want to see anyone equal to it. It expects slavery from others. Therefore, other countries are either its slaves or subordinates. However, our case is different. We have pledged slavery to God Almighty alone and after this pledge there is no possibility to become the slave of someone else. If we do that it will be disregardful to both our Sustainer and his fellow beings. Most of the world nations upholding their freedom are the religious ones, which are the enemies of the United States, or the U.S. itself considers them as its enemies.

The countries which do not agree to become the U.S. slaves are China, Iran, Libya, Cuba, Syria [Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Sudan, Indonesia, Malaysia] and Russia. Whoever committed the act of 11 September are not the friends of the American people. I have already said that we are against the American system, not against its people, whereas in these attacks, the common American people have been killed. According to my information, the death toll is much higher than what the U.S. Government has stated. But the Bush Administration does not want the panic to spread. The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the U.S. system, but are dissenting against it. Or those who are working for some other system; persons who want to make the present century as a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity so that their own civilization, nation, country, or ideology could survive. They can be anyone, from Russia to Israel and from India to Serbia. In the U.S. itself, there are dozens of well-organized and well-equipped groups, which are capable of causing a large-scale destruction. Then you cannot forget the American Jews, who are annoyed with President Bush ever since the elections in Florida and want to avenge him.

Then there are intelligence agencies in the U.S., which require billions of dollars worth of funds from the Congress and the government every year. This [funding issue] was not a big problem till the existence of the former Soviet Union but after that the budget of these agencies has been in danger. They needed an enemy. So, they first started propaganda against Usama and Taleban and then this incident happened. You see, the Bush Administration approved a budget of 40 billion dollars. Where will this huge amount go? It will be provided to the same agencies, which need huge funds and want to exert their importance. Now they will spend the money for their expansion and for increasing their importance. I will give you an example. Drug smugglers from all over the world are in contact with the U.S. secret agencies. These agencies do not want to eradicate narcotics cultivation and trafficking because their importance will be diminished. The people in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Department are encouraging drug trade so that they could show performance and get millions of dollars worth of budget. General Noriega was made a drug baron by the CIA and, in need, he was made a scapegoat. In the same way, whether it is President Bush or any other U.S. President, they cannot bring Israel to justice for its human rights abuses or to hold it accountable for such crimes. What is this? Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United States? That secret government must be asked as to who carried out the attacks.

Daily UMMAT: The losses caused in the attacks in New York and Washington have proved that giving an economic blow to the U.S.is not too difficult. U.S. experts admit that a few more such attacks can bring down the American economy. Why is Al-Qaida not targeting their economic pillars?

USAMA BIN LADEN: I have already said that we are not hostile to the United States. We are against the [U.S. Government] system, which makes other nations slaves of the United States, or forces them to mortgage their political and economic freedom. This system is totally in control of the American-Jews, whose first priority is Israel, not the United States. It is clear that the American people are themselves the slaves of the Jews and are forced to live according to the principles and laws laid by them. So, the punishment should reach Israel. In fact, it is Israel, which is giving a blood bath to innocent Muslims and the U.S. is not uttering a single word.

They were answered by a Taliban flunky who did not want the US military to come knocking. Any of the dozens of interviews with Osama Bin Laden made prior to 9/11/01, do NOT match the answers on the questionaire that was given to the Taliban in regards to Americans. If you cannot figure that you, then you are truly hopeless.

The Taliban promised to turn over Usama bin Laden if the Bush Regime would provide evidence (not FBI manufactured nonsense) that Osama was involved in 9-11. Of course the Bush Regime did not have one teensey bit of evidence did they?

We know at least one reason behind the symbolic participation of the Western forces and that is to support the Jewish and Zionist plans for expansion of what is called the Great Israel. Surely, their presence is not out of concern over their interests in the region. Their presence has no meaning save one and that is to offer support to the Jews in Palestine who are in need of their Christian brothers to achieve full control over the Arab Peninsula which they intend to make an important part of the so called Greater Israel.

Every country in the world has its own security system and its own security forces, its own police and its own army. The terrorism we practice is of the commendable kind for it is directed at the tyrants and the aggressors and the enemies of Allah, the tyrants, the traitors who commit acts of treason against their own countries and their own faith and their own prophet and their own nation. Terrorizing those and punishing them are necessary measures to straighten things and to make them right. Tyrants and oppressors who subject the Arab nation to aggression ought to be punished. The wrongs and the crimes committed against the Muslim nation are far greater than can be covered by this interview. America heads the list of aggressors against Muslims. This is compounded injustice. And the United Nations insistence to convict the victims and support the aggressors constitutes a serious precedence which shows the extent of injustice that has been allowed to take root in this land.

Q3: What is your relationship with the Islamic movements in various regions of the world like Chechnya and Kashmir and other Arab countries?

Bin Laden: Cooperation for the sake of truth and righteousness is demanded from Muslims. A Muslim should do his utmost to cooperate with his fellow Muslims. But Allah says of cooperation that it is not absolute for there is cooperation to do good, and there is cooperation to commit aggression and act unjustly. A Muslim is supposed to give his fellow Muslim guidance and support. He (Allah) said "Stand by your brother be he oppressor or oppressed." When asked how were they to stand by him if he were the oppressor, He answered them, saying "by giving him guidance and counsel." It all goes to say that Muslims should cooperate with one another and should be supportive of one another, and they should promote righteousness and mercy. They should all unite in the fight against polytheism and they should pool all their resources and their energy to fight the Americans and the Zionists and those with them. They should, however, avoid side fronts and rise over the small problems for these are less detrimental. Their fight should be directed against unbelief and unbelievers.

Q4: We heard your message to the American government and later your message to the European governments who participated in the occupation of the Gulf. Is it possible for you to address the people of these countries?

Bin Laden: As we have already said, our call is the call of Islam that was revealed to Mohammed. It is a call to all mankind. We have been entrusted with good cause to follow in the footsteps of the Messenger and to communicate his message to all nations. It is an invitation that we extend to all the nations to embrace Islam, the religion that calls for justice, mercy and fraternity among all nations, not differentiating between black and white or between red and yellow except with respect to their devotedness. All people who worship Allah, not each other, are equal before Him. We are entrusted to spread this message and to extend that call to all the people. We, nonetheless, fight against their governments and all those who approve of the injustice they practice against us. We fight the governments that are bent on attacking our religion and on stealing our wealth and on hurting our feelings. And as I have mentioned before, we fight them, and those who are part of their rule are judged in the same manner.

This is one of the main bits of 'evidence' that always made me doubt the claim it was Bin Laden who was behind Sept 11. Now of course people come up with many therioes about there being bombs in the buildings and silly hologram claims. But this is actually a fact that cannot be refuted. I mean why would he deny it? If he eas behind the attacks, he would surely know there would be no way of denying it as the links were made back to him. And secondly, why would he want to? This is what we are told is his sole aim in life by the media and Authorities, to make the Americans pay for their atrocities meated out across the world, and force them out of the Muslim world through violence. Doesn't seem to add up really.

The problem with anyone saying what Osama bin Laden says, is we have to believe what they say, meaning the high probability of propaganda. Unless you know how to speak, read, or listen to Arabic, you're trusting someone else to tell you what he says exactly.

Personally, I have never once believed George W Bush when he pointed his bony finger at Osama bin Laden.

This does not mean I believe anything Osama had to say, whatsoever, it just means I don't trust Bush one iota.

I trust no one when it comes to power.

My thought on all of this is that Dick Cheney was behind the whole entire thing.

The motive? Money, power, destruction of the Constituion. The man is evil.

If you have done any reading on the topic and researched information intelligently, you will find out that the World Trade Towers were full of asbestos and needed to be brought up to code, essentially meaning the entire thing was not only an insurance scam on the towers, but fraud, as well as a huge lie to the American populace.

in my opinion there both probably monsters. granted alot of us believe 911 was probably an inside job, there are alot of crazy ass extremists out there. will the truth ever be revealed in the public light? probably never. if it is too many people wouldn't believe it anyway. ignorance is bliss for most.

I sleep just fine no matter what I write on this forum. The Bush Regime (and other administrations) constantly have their pet media suppress all kinds of important information all the time.

They needed to suppress the Usama bin Laden Authentic Interview, so their lousy actors in their fake Osama cartoons could sucker the American people.

This info might as well not exist. No one outside the movement knows about it. People on the street defending the official account always bring up the "confession" video but have no idea that he denied involvement.

I don't see why there is even a debate about this. There is a list of evidence longer than I could put in one post implicating the US government in involvement and the only evidence that it was Usama Bin Laden is video of somone confessing who was obviously not Usama.

The only reason I can see why anyone would cling to the ridiculous official story is that some people would rather beleive an easy untruth over a hard truth.

Bin Laden's initial denial is something that continues to raise questions.

Generally, Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups, as a general rule, like to take credit for their work, and make certain videos get out to every single news outlet to get their message across. Terrorist groups like to brag and boast when they pull off a successful job. They want the world to know just who did it, so they can spew all their propaganda and assorted BS.

For a job this big, hitting this hard and causing such devastation and mayhem, fear and anguish, against "The Great Satan", one would expect the perps to jump right out and say "Yes, we have done it, my brothers, we have brought war and death to our enemies, blah blah blah". It gives them major street cred with their general populations and garners even more support.

Sometimes, you even have groups NOT involved jumping to claim credit for the deed, just to score cool points.

Yet 9/11 was greeted pretty much with silence by the accused perps. Why?

The video they found in Afghanistan hardly convinces me of anything. Whether it is Bin Laden or not, i do not care. I simply find it quite weird that Bin Laden, like a couple months after the fact, with the US army hot on his trail, just happens to leave a video greeting card for the boys as he is supposedly running for his life.

Questions, questions.
