I am confused... this is the plot for the movie "Doomsday", which was an "ok" movie if not a little long...

How exactly does this fit into a conspiracy?

The movie 28 weeks later was similar also, I don't see this as a conspiracy, very good movie IMO makes a change from the slow moving Zombies, anyone who was caught and eaten by them deserved it, but in 28 weeks later and the first movie 28 days later, the Zombies are like track athletes.
