I wouldn't at all be surprised sadly.
And worse of all, it seems ObamaStation(MSNBC) is the one hyping it the most

President Obama does not want a Federal level re-run of the New Orleans Katrina fiasco when Bush43 said, "You're doing a heck of a job Brownie" and neither of them knew even where they were!

Ron Paul is a nice enough guy. But he is so hung up on his socialism theme that he cannot deal in reality. Medicare amounts to about 18% of all US health care outlay. VA, US Civil Service, retired employees, and active duty Armed Forces amount to another 8-10% of all US health care outlay. States and local government account for 8%. Medicaid - not part of Medicare but funded 100% out of the General Fund - is about 4% of the total.

Add it up. Around 40% of health care expenditures in the US of A is done by governments using TAX funds.

Ron Paul is besides being a nice guy, a man with an agenda and a bit goofy, too. Privately, I say libertarians are anarchists in drag!

I have to say that Ron Paul on this one is wrong, in this nation that most American can not afford health insurance and when they get sick and can not avoid going to a doctor the tab still falls on the tax payer in the nation.

Right now the illegal immigration is digging a big hole on the health care also just look at the states on the border states to see how bad it is.

Still our government favoritism of classes is draining the tax payer even if they can not afford health care for themselves to pay for everybody else when they have the need.

As unemployment keeps raising and the nation falls more under the economic crisis let see how this government will be able to get the resources and taxable income to pay for universal health care.

Is going to be to the point that about a small part of the population will have to provide for the bigger half of the population including illegals for health care needs.

The way I see right now the gap of income division in this nation is getting to wide to be fair for all.

But then you see the way in which this government can reap trillion of dollars from tax payer future to pay for the wealthy elites mistakes when it comes to greed and corruption.

Sorry people but while Run Paul is against health care for the wrong reasons, right now we can not afford it anyway while wasting trillions on wal street.

Well Canadian news stations are "hyping" the swine flu just as much as our neighbors to the south. We already have socialized medicine. So I know that's not the agenda on Canada. We have 85 confirmed cases plus an Alberta farm that has 200 infected pigs that have H1N1. I don't see an agenda in Canada, just concern. For the record Ron Paul rules but I also think he could be wrong on this one. If the USA do have an agenda then socializing medicine is only part of it.
