Israeli officials accused BMI of trying to "hide the existence of Israel".

This may actually belong more in the grey area because I thought it was rather hilarious, but I figured we'd start out here in the mid-east.
Just thought this quote from a BBC article was rather funny and not to sound particularly antisemitic or anything, but I just thought the accusation that an airline would try to "hide the existence of Israel" seemed a bit outlandish...not to mention, impossible.
It's as if they are so insecure...ok, I'll stop.
Anyways, here's the LINK.

British airline BMI has apologised after in-flight maps on its London-Tel Aviv service did not identify Israel.

edit to fix subject.

BMI may placate angry Jewish passengers by offering to play Holocaust-related in-flight music. A good tune would be the theme from the 1960 Holocaust movie, Exodus. The movie is about the mass migration of Jews from Post-war Europe to the Palestinian Mandate territory(Israel). There's many version of this tune, but I like the Eddie Harris/Les McCann version.
