Can you answer this?? Please

Ok im not sure if this is the right place to put this please move if neccessary, but somebody has given out a challenge on a Music site to solve a problem, with the assumption that there will be a small clip or video at the end as a reward for solving it. Now this one has me stumped there really is not much to go on but i thought some of the people here might stand a better change at solving it, so here is the problem
