Run your ATS Name into Google

Man. I did a search and I started to run into some disturbing stuff.

I found a link to my blog on a page titled "new beginings online dating"

Not sure what this is: www.weblogs.com...
some kind of blog list

And of course I found some older embarassing material, courtsey of myself

well scince i use the name for all games and forums and its very common also its actually been defined as a breed of dragon and is named without the space alot ive had to give up on the 8th page of a list of pages that keeps on growing (scince they cant all fit). i just kept on hitting the last in the list to see how many pages there are and theres 72!!! 716 results and some ommitted!! although ive seen quite a few links to my profile on diff forums and sites just not ats (dont have the time to look through ALL of that) and it oddly enough gives me a little hint of pride seeing me on google. and quite a few times too.

UPDATE: and look at this the last result (minus the ommitted) is a link from bestoffreesex lol how interesting

The whole page of results is related to my posts on ATS, but I'm not suprised. I had tried this a while ago and I know "Sterling46" probably isn't a very popular name.

In fact I wouldn't be suprised if this very post turned up on the list of results for "sterling46"

I got something like 2.300 answers, almost on ATS.

Well, I thought I would try it. It is a pretty unique name when it is together rather, than separate as the book character's name it came from so I thought why not? The first page is all me except for one listing. That one states I am:

Actually, this is the only place I use this name so all others are cheap imposters.

I did this once and found out that Jonna is an actual name and here I thought I had made it up.

Ugh - wish I hadn't searched. Seems there are a lot of "badkitties" out there and they are actually bad. I went through 10 pages - a lot of dating and well - stuff. I want to go on record here - NONE OF THOSE BADKITTIES ARE ME and I am in no way associated with them or the sites that come up. Maybe I need a new name here.

Don't worry too much, badkitty. It could be a lot worse. Suppose you searched your real name and that came up with

a lot of dating and well - stuff

That's when you should think about changing your name.
