hey guys, i was watching this clip and...

..at around 9:50, alex says that they've already built 14 bases inside the U.S. Now this was crazy to hear, so i had to google it...i couldnt find any cited information about that.

now my question is....

1.) is he BSing or what?? and if so..why would he..

2.) where can i find the cited information?? if anyone can help me out, that'd be great.
