President Obama's First 100 Days. Where's The Change?

A nice little video to sum up what we have so far in the Obama administration. I know its only 100 days but the agenda is plain to see at this point. Watch the video and enjoy. Ill also be putting it on media.ats

Awesome video. You really get the point across. I used to be a moderate republican, if there is such a thing. Now I am done with all of that. Both sides have worked to destroy this country. They keep voting for more and more spending thinking that government is the solution instead of the problem. They have not once talked about trimming the size and cost of government as a way to stimulate the economy. They have created a scenario where our money will be worthless. Its a crime against every citizen of this country. I cant believe close to half of the people think any of this is going to turn out good or that Obama is doing a decent job since he was in office. I think we only have a few options left. One is to organize and go on strike. Nobody works, nobody pays bills, nobody pays taxes until they get the picture and start to change. The sad thing is there is this rather large percentage who wont be happy until they tax 75% of our income so everyone can be equal in their opinion. How did it get this way? When I grew up we were taught to strive to be the best, not strive to be average. I just dont understand it.

I went to the VA hospital this week and saw they had changed the old posters on the walls with some new ones. Still the same old VA, though.

If there is a man running your bank, in the first 100 days, he doubles the banks debt, he loses tons of customers, he's driving it into the ground, do you say "Well it's too soon to tell, give him another 100 days". No you fire his sorry A** and get another guy. NWO or not, if it is NWO, this guy is brining it on like there is nothing else in the entire universe, if its not NWO, then the guy has eggs for brains.

For those who say he's done a few good things, well I'm sure Hitler did a few nice things at one point, i'm sure Dahmer has done nice things, I'm sure Geithner has done nice things, I'm sure Bush has done nice things. It's the overall that matters. Its me especially pissed that my Ciggarettes are so much more now!!!

What is this coming from.

I think Obama's first 100 days was very telling. His multi-generational debt producing out of control spending, failure to enact any bipartisanship in Washington, failure to listen to the American populace concerning spending, failure to live up to his "one thin dime" promise, failure to enact his 5 day bill airing before signing promise, and failure to live up to many more promises he made while campaigning to the American populace.

I love how you brought the debt up, for so long we were repeatedly told, that He had alot of Work to do with the giant debt Bush left him. So we gritted our teeth and chewed the lies.

Then he darn near doubles the debt, still complaining of the debt Bush left.

And in that moment, I felt like I was the only person going "Your complaining about WHOS DEBT" ARRRGHH.

Its very frustrating.

Bignut the general consensus among former bushies and other ant-liberal advocates is irrelevant.... it really is. You will be critical of the man regardless of what he does, you will be in a never ending denial regarding the faults of the previous administration or better yet your support in those faults. You ask wheres the change? It wasnt too long ago you folks were going on about "too much change".

As far as I can see it, the administration now has moved into a different pathway from the previous administration, and as such, having it not been even a year into this administration its going to take longer to see any complete transitional change. Im satisfied so far, the majority of the country is happy. You can post your threads on here and get some pats on the back, that doesnt reflect on the accuracy of your accusations, especially on a conspiracy forum.

Your comparison is inaccurate in my opinion. If you hire a man to fix up a banking company on the verge of collapse, your going to have to give him enough time to put it back together, not just a couple of days, which is what the comparison is to the huge mess the previous administration left us and how long it will take. The minute Obama stepped in as president the rightwing fringe immediately jumped the gun and proclaimed all faliure, and its been that way ever since. Your talking about 100 days as if everybody agreed to it and you gave him that time, to which you and the other didnt.

You never gave him the time of day so you really dont have much on "100 days" to proclaim.

Yes, both good and evil, influencial or non-influencial leaders in the past have done afew good things before they got to where they were. I think its apparent from the forum and from various polls and the media that a significant amount of the country does not support Barack Obama. The man is recieving mixed views.... we're still in the beginning of his administration and people are mixed about his policies, which I would expect for such an early stage into his administration... as with any administration.

What did he exactly lie about? Tell me what evidence can you show me that your income taxes increased? Because I was under the impression that it actually decreased under his tax system. What about the war? Did Obama lie about the Iraq war or did Bush? Can you be alittle clear here.

Its not true I will give props where they are due. I like how he is at least acknowledging Cuba and Venezuela. We need to make more friends to sell our crap to for we are broke and need to make and sell things not just financial products. He hasnt taken our guns yet which I commend him for but Ill give it time.

As far as faults of the previous administration I recommend you look at previous threads of mine and posts of mine before spouting that crap. I couldnt STAND Bush and think he will go down as one of the worst presidents in history. I just happen to think there is no difference between the parties and people in Washington. Obama preached change so Im gonna call him on it.

Southern Guardian, I agree with all your points but you got the wrong read on Mybigunit. He's always been critical of government and for the right reasons, he's not a party tool.
