Dubai Syndicates launder Somali ransom Organised piracy syndicates operating in Dubai and other Gulf states are laundering vast sums of money taken in ransom from vessels hijacked off the Horn of Africa.


Investigators hired by the shipping industry have told The Independent that around $80m (£56m) has been paid out in the past year alone – far more than has previously been admitted. But while some of this money has ended up in the pirate havens of Somalia, millions have been laundered through bank accounts in the United Arab Emirates and other parts of the Middle East.

Not only do these syndicates launder the money, the money flow also goes the other way so pirates can buy new and more high tech equipment, to eavesdrop radiosignals from the vessels and so on..In the end the money goes to Islamic fundamentalist groups in Somalia..
And so is the circle complete, it begins by fundamentalists in the UAE and ends by the same people in Somalia..

the thought alone that Gordan Brown asked the UAE to bail out western countries...

the real evil empire lies on the Arabic Peninsula, Saudi Arabia and the UAE..
