Common Cold Genetic Code Unravelled By Scientists

Common colds come in as many as 99 strains say researchers who have managed to unravel its genetic code.

This as one might guess was no easy task, but it does give us a look into the inner workings of common colds and how they operate in the body.

Researchers say that it appears that it is actually possible for a person to catch multiple strains of cold at the same time, a fact that makes it harder to treat effectively.

This, is one of the main reasons why there is no full proof cure for the cold, just measures that one can take to ease symptoms.

They also say that they now have a glimpse into what causes one person to just catch the sniffles, but for someone else to catch a full blown cold complete with runny nose and eyes, hacking cough and fatigue.

The researchers do say that because they can now look at individual strains of cold, it maybe possible to develop drugs targeted at specific versions, depending on what a person catches.

Don't act like that picture didn't make you feel great. It's not as disgusting as the people in government, who have been purposely spreading bird-flu & other man-made diseases.
