Monitoring devices being added to Dash bus service near DC.

i noticed this when sitting on the bus yesterday:

freaks me out. don't know why they need that. trying to find more info about it.


called dash bus. she seemed pissed off that i asked. wouldn't really give much of an answer. said most transportation companies are doing this. everything is being recorded and that it's for a number of reasons. none of which she mentioned and i didn't ask since she was kinda mean.
