Well,

7 days ( thats one week ) since the opening post and STILL no photos.

I guess I am not surprised, I was hopefull, but ahhhh, what can you do, right?

I guess we were correct from the start.

Let this be a lesson to everyone new to ATS - if you say you have photos but will post them later, either:

1. POST THEM NOW
2. DONT MAKE YOUR POST UNTIL YOU CAN POST THEM

Its really quite simple.

If the craft was approaching you from the rear and then overtook then how did you see it on forward looking radar?

I'm pretty sure the OP is long gone. He asked me to U2U him, I did, and never got a reply.

Take it for what it's worth.

Originally posted by mx3209212e a blue-silverish delta-craft no more then 2 miles from our plane. It had four after burners on, with long plumes, no contrails that I could see, and was level. This was not a UFO, but was absolutely some sort of recon-plane. We were in dis-belief

Please speak English, what is IFR - Instrument flight rules? Ceiling - maximum altitude attainable while still capable of 100 feet/minute of sustained climb at that altitude?

Maybe this is what you saw.

Aurora Spy Plane(top secret/hypothetical)

It's a quite popular hypothetical spy plane among aviation circles and was supposed to be the successor of SR-71(Mach 3 spy plane), I'm surprised you didn't even mention it.
