Saint Cheetah's theory on chemtrails

What i have come to understand about chemtrails is there composed of little metal particles and other stuff but lets say you wanted to monitor vehicles in air space that don,t give off a radar return conventionaly because of there flight characteristics(anti grav,magnetic lev) so you fill the air around it with metal particles
and if a craft were generating a high magnetic field the particles should be attracted to the craft by magnetism and would then yield a radar return its a low tech solution to a high tech problem.Any thoughts on this?
