The Devil's Claw-Fiction or Fictionally Real?

Has anyone ever read the Devil's Claw??? Read it, it's insighful. Bear in mind that all fictional movies and books, hold some truth.

Can't remember all the details (read it a long time ago), but his book tells of geo and astrophysicists along with some politicians, all greedy for the ultimate dollar who actually change the weather and other things to destroy their rivals. Interesting readin, but just think of some freak accidents. Will read the book again to give some more insight.
