That seems to be the general message I'm getting from, well... life.

Every day i see some crap about the apocalypse, armageddon, or just the general destruction of man kind or at least it's health.

I'm told every hour that i eat the wrong foods, i drink the wrong drinks, and its all killing me.

I'm bombarded constantly with theme weeks and such on main stream TV that focus entirely on earths destruction (Armageddon week on history channel comes to mind)

The main stream news is constantly telling me world war 3 has the possibility to start at anytime, while insisting all the security's I've become use to at home are about to be abolished.

The movies coming out lately seem to constantly have the theme of man kinds destruction, either by plague, asteroids, wars, or zombies.

I'm just sick of it, I'm not afraid of dieing, but i sure am getting tired (and bored) of being almost forced to think about it all the time.

edited the title a little.

You are not forced to do anything friend. The simple answer is to rise above the propaganda and the negativity that's being presented and simply live your life, according to your standards.

It can be very frustrating, but giving in to that frustration is just another step in the direction they want you to take. They want you to numb it out so much that you eventually just accept it as "what is" and "what always will be" which is bold faced lie.

Sheep aren't born anymore, they are created. Yes I am not afraid to die either, it could come now, tomorrow, the next day it doesn't matter. And yes we are bombarded everyday with fear and propaganda giving us some sort of scenario that involves thinking about death.

But you are better than that, we all are really, it simply requires the patience and will to ignore and counter that through knowledge and the spreading of positive ideas.

Just MHO.

You have to find balance, take some time away, do something that will bring back life into your life, while you are searching deeper for the truth. The trick is to live safely in this psychopathic plan and learn to immunize yourself from the sabotage. I am watching these interviews right now-www.redicecreations.com...

It's just the way the world works these days, everything is out to prey upon your fear, which is created by all of the lies and propaganda spewing forth from the giant organ.
It's actually quite easy to block it out, you just have to pay no mind. And those of us, yourself included, who aren't afraid to die have it a little easier than those who are. We just need to show them that, hey it's all ok, live your life by your own terms, be at peace.

Take it easy.

I think the answer is to be aware of it but not obsessed with it.

Pay attention to the things that bring joy and light to your life. After all, it's those things that matter anyway, because we ARE, indeed, all going to die so when you think about it's really not that big a deal.

Go out in nature and watch all the spring babies or something...

Climb a tree....

Stop watching TV. Period.
Best thing I ever did for myself/mental health. Seriously. I can't stress it enough. TV blows.
I have gone back to the way I was when I was 7....I can't sit through an hour's worth of a movie now. I can watch a documentary that I looked for and chose, online, planned to watch, but I won't watch random movies with people or TV basically, and it DEFINITELY clears your head.

Catch up on the news by looking for a few favourited sources online if you really feel the urge.....
And spend the rest of time doing something peaceful. (okay, you might need to work and clean sometimes too, but you get what I mean)
We're all gonna die before we're 100 for the most part anyway and know that, Any one of us could die in a car accident tomorrow, long before soda pop toxins, swamp gas and the NWO destroy our minds and souls in unspeakable terror.....

It scarcely matters how we're all going to die, when you realize there's little stopping you from millions of possible ways to go, in the next hour for all you know.....it just matters that you live life despite it.
Reasonably, I would hope....like don't just go right into jumping 600 school buses with your riding lawnmower or anything.....
But if you do, I want to watch!

I used to be afraid of dying, but not anymore. I have long since come to accept it. it's how i die that concerns me. I would much prefer to die in bed than get murdered for example. Or get run down by a bus or something. I hope i live long enough to enjoy my life a bit more before i shuffle my mortal coil !!

On a grander scale, it matters not when we die but the great journey ahead after the fact. Lets be honest, very few people's deaths will change the world, and its always been that way.

Apocalypse? Somehow I think mankind would find a way to even screw that up.

I deal with it, and have for a very long time, by living simply and preparing for the things I can effect. The rest is not worth fretting about -- those things I can't help (Giant asteroid strike, cataclysm, magnetic/pole flip, etc. etc. etc.) I can prepare for a serious hurricane. I can make preparations for economic or financial collapse. I can make a modest preparation for attack, and I have fit into my schedule a workout regimin that keeps my body, mind and spirit healthy. How do I know my spirit is healthy? Well, if you've known the other end of the spectrum, then you know when you're at peace.

The BEST thing that ever happened to me in my LIFE was and is to have found someone to love that loves me. So, while I want to know what's afoot in the world and beyond, and want to speculate, and dance in the ashes of a fire of the unknown, it doesn't bring me down. A person has to cherish their health, and learn to laugh a lot. It releases beneficial endorphins, but more than that I gotta think it heals on a level that we can't currently measure.

Anyway, while I recognize how tenuous life is, the above allows me to live fully and without the shoulder-breaking pressure of worry.

All best

Really sound advice. I gave up on TV about two years ago now, and it feels great. I feel clearer, and I reckon I'm able to form reasonable, informed opinions alot easier than before. Step 1 on the 12 step plan to clarity

I've had a hard problem dealing with the fate of humanity since early adolescence. In the 90's they said by 2050, the world would be dreadfully different. They talked about the arctic breaking up, and worldwide famine much worse than what's currently happening. The last few years I heard these predictions accelerated stating it's more like 2035. Now I hear that the arctic will be ice-free in the summer by 2030.

I've realized lately it's narcissism, wanting to help humanity. I realize that we've probably already passed the tipping point. Mass extinction is already occurring. The media is hush-hush, people keep doing there thing. It's insanity on a global scale, but it's not gonna change until the majority are hurting really bad. Then it'll surely be too late for the majority of species to survive the next century.

I allow myself to live through the insanity in peace on occasion. Not too often, but I do live this life, and wish to remain without an overabundance of madness. It doesn't matter that there's talk of fear. Take fear out of the equation, the situation is still bleak, as is.

Well good luck getting 600 school buses anyhow....
Disclaimer: Ummm.....is it too late for a disclaimer? Do not ever try to jump even ONE school bus with a riding lawnmower, let alone 600.....
But again, if you try it, let me know....
