I would add the Baxtor Bird flu mix-up which was not even mentioned in American Media, and the Satellite crash which America media claimed was a meteor crash. Or the nuke mix-up at Barksdale air force base.

The nuke mix up "wasn't" at Barksdale. The B-52 was being "flown" to Barksdale, also, it was publicized greatly in the media.
